靜電除塵器的工作(zuo)(zuo)原理是利用高壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)場使煙氣(qi)發生電(dian)(dian)離(li),氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)中的粉塵荷(he)電(dian)(dian)在電(dian)(dian)場作(zuo)(zuo)用下與氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)分離(li)。負極由不同斷面形狀(zhuang)的金屬(shu)導線制成,叫(jiao)放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)極。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)(de)性能受(shou)粉塵(chen)(chen)性質(zhi)、設備構造(zao)和煙氣(qi)流速等三個因素的(de)(de)影響(xiang)。粉塵(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)比電(dian)(dian)阻是評(ping)價導電(dian)(dian)性的(de)(de)指標,它對除塵(chen)(chen)效率(lv)有直接的(de)(de)影響(xiang)。比電(dian)(dian)阻過(guo)低(di),塵(chen)(chen)粒難以保持(chi)在集塵(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)極上,致(zhi)使其重返氣(qi)流。比電(dian)(dian)阻過(guo)高,到(dao)達(da)集塵(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)極的(de)(de)塵(chen)(chen)粒電(dian)(dian)荷(he)不易(yi)放(fang)出,在塵(chen)(chen)層之間形成電(dian)(dian)壓梯度會(hui)(hui)產生局部擊穿(chuan)和放(fang)電(dian)(dian)現象。這些情況(kuang)都會(hui)(hui)造(zao)成除塵(chen)(chen)效率(lv)下(xia)降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運行電壓需保持40一75kV乃至100kV以上(shang)。
工作原理
電除塵器的(de)(de)基本原理是利用電力捕集煙氣(qi)中的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵,主要(yao)包括以下四個相互有關的(de)(de)物(wu)理過(guo)程:(1)氣(qi)體的(de)(de)電離。(2)粉(fen)塵的(de)(de)荷電。(3)荷電粉(fen)塵向電極(ji)移(yi)動。(4)荷電粉(fen)塵的(de)(de)捕集。
荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)的(de)(de)捕集過程(cheng):在兩(liang)個曲率半徑相(xiang)差較大的(de)(de)金(jin)屬陽極(ji)和(he)陰極(ji)上,通過高壓(ya)直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),維持一個足以(yi)使氣(qi)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang),氣(qi)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)后所產生的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子:陰離(li)子和(he)陽離(li)子,吸附在通過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)上,使粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)獲得電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷。荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)性(xing)不(bu)(bu)同的(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)力(li)的(de)(de)作用下,分別(bie)向(xiang)不(bu)(bu)同極(ji)性(xing)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)運動,沉積在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上,而達到粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)和(he)氣(qi)體分離(li)的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器由(you)兩大(da)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)組成:一(yi)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器本體(ti)系(xi)統(tong)(tong);另一(yi)部(bu)(bu)分(fen)是(shi)提供(gong)高壓直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)的供(gong)電(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)和低壓自動控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)。電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器的結(jie)構原理圖如圖1所示,高壓供(gong)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)為升(sheng)壓變壓器供(gong)電(dian)(dian),除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器集塵(chen)(chen)極(ji)接地。低壓電(dian)(dian)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)用來控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)磁振打錘、卸灰電(dian)(dian)極(ji)、輸灰電(dian)(dian)極(ji)以及幾個部(bu)(bu)件的溫度。
