靜電除塵器的工作原理是利用(yong)高壓電(dian)場(chang)使煙氣(qi)發生電(dian)離,氣(qi)流(liu)中的粉塵荷(he)電(dian)在電(dian)場(chang)作用(yong)下(xia)與氣(qi)流(liu)分離。負(fu)極由不同斷面形狀的金屬導線制成,叫放電(dian)電(dian)極。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)(de)(de)性(xing)能(neng)受(shou)粉(fen)塵(chen)性(xing)質、設備構造和(he)(he)煙氣流(liu)速等(deng)三個因(yin)素的(de)(de)(de)影響(xiang)。粉(fen)塵(chen)的(de)(de)(de)比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻是評價導電(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)標,它(ta)對除(chu)塵(chen)效率有直接的(de)(de)(de)影響(xiang)。比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過(guo)低,塵(chen)粒難以保持在集(ji)塵(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)上,致(zhi)使其(qi)重(zhong)返(fan)氣流(liu)。比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過(guo)高(gao),到(dao)達集(ji)塵(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)塵(chen)粒電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)不(bu)易放出(chu),在塵(chen)層(ceng)之間形成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓梯度會產生局(ju)部擊穿(chuan)和(he)(he)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)現象。這些情況都會造成(cheng)除(chu)塵(chen)效率下(xia)降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運行(xing)電壓需保持(chi)40一75kV乃至100kV以(yi)上。
工作原理
電(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵器的基本原理是(shi)利用電(dian)(dian)(dian)力捕(bu)集煙氣中(zhong)的粉塵,主要包括以下四個相互有關的物理過程:(1)氣體的電(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)。(2)粉塵的荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)。(3)荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)粉塵向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極移(yi)動。(4)荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)粉塵的捕(bu)集。
荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)的(de)(de)(de)捕集過(guo)程:在兩個曲(qu)率半徑相差較大的(de)(de)(de)金屬陽極(ji)和(he)陰極(ji)上,通(tong)過(guo)高壓直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),維(wei)持一個足以(yi)使(shi)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場,氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)后所產(chan)生的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子:陰離(li)子和(he)陽離(li)子,吸附在通(tong)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場的(de)(de)(de)粉塵(chen)上,使(shi)粉塵(chen)獲得電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)。荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)性(xing)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)粉塵(chen)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場力的(de)(de)(de)作用下,分別(bie)向不(bu)同(tong)極(ji)性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)運動,沉積在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上,而(er)達到粉塵(chen)和(he)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)分離(li)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)由兩大(da)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分組成:一部(bu)(bu)(bu)分是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)本體系(xi)統;另一部(bu)(bu)(bu)分是提供高壓(ya)直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)置和(he)低壓(ya)自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)的結構原理圖如圖1所示,高壓(ya)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統為(wei)升壓(ya)變壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)集塵(chen)極接地(di)。低壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統用(yong)來控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁振打(da)錘(chui)、卸灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極、輸(shu)灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極以及幾個部(bu)(bu)(bu)件(jian)的溫度。
