靜電除塵器的工作原(yuan)理是利用(yong)(yong)高壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)使煙氣發(fa)生電(dian)(dian)離(li),氣流中的粉塵荷電(dian)(dian)在電(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)作用(yong)(yong)下與氣流分離(li)。負極由不(bu)同斷面形狀的金(jin)屬導線制成(cheng),叫放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)極。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)受粉塵(chen)性(xing)(xing)(xing)質、設(she)備構造(zao)和(he)煙氣流速等三個(ge)因(yin)素的(de)影(ying)響。粉塵(chen)的(de)比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻是評(ping)價導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)指標,它對除(chu)塵(chen)效(xiao)率有直(zhi)接的(de)影(ying)響。比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過低,塵(chen)粒難以保持在集塵(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極上,致使其(qi)重返氣流。比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過高(gao),到達集塵(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極的(de)塵(chen)粒電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷不易(yi)放(fang)出(chu),在塵(chen)層之間形成電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓梯(ti)度會產(chan)生局部擊穿和(he)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)現象。這些情(qing)況都(dou)會造(zao)成除(chu)塵(chen)效(xiao)率下降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運行電壓需(xu)保持40一75kV乃(nai)至(zhi)100kV以上。
工作原理
電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器的(de)基本原理是利(li)用電(dian)(dian)力捕(bu)集煙氣中的(de)粉塵(chen),主要(yao)包括(kuo)以(yi)下四個相(xiang)互有關(guan)的(de)物(wu)理過程:(1)氣體的(de)電(dian)(dian)離(li)。(2)粉塵(chen)的(de)荷(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)。(3)荷(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)移(yi)動。(4)荷(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)的(de)捕(bu)集。
荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)捕集(ji)過程:在(zai)(zai)兩個(ge)曲率半徑相差較大的(de)(de)金屬陽(yang)極(ji)和陰極(ji)上(shang),通過高壓直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),維(wei)持一個(ge)足(zu)以使氣(qi)體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)(li)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang),氣(qi)體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)(li)后所(suo)產(chan)生的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子:陰離(li)(li)子和陽(yang)離(li)(li)子,吸附在(zai)(zai)通過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)的(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)上(shang),使粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)獲得電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷。荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)性(xing)不(bu)同的(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)力的(de)(de)作用下,分別向不(bu)同極(ji)性(xing)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)運動,沉積在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上(shang),而達到粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)和氣(qi)體(ti)分離(li)(li)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器(qi)由兩(liang)大部分組成(cheng):一部分是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器(qi)本(ben)體系(xi)統(tong);另一部分是提供(gong)(gong)高壓(ya)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置(zhi)和低壓(ya)自動控制系(xi)統(tong)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)結構原理(li)圖如圖1所示,高壓(ya)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)為(wei)升壓(ya)變壓(ya)器(qi)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),除塵(chen)器(qi)集(ji)塵(chen)極接地。低壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)控制系(xi)統(tong)用來(lai)控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁振打錘、卸(xie)灰(hui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極、輸灰(hui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極以(yi)及幾個部件(jian)的(de)溫度(du)。
