靜電除塵器的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)原(yuan)理是利用高壓電(dian)場(chang)使煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)發生電(dian)離,氣(qi)(qi)流中的(de)(de)(de)粉塵荷電(dian)在電(dian)場(chang)作(zuo)用下與氣(qi)(qi)流分離。負極由不同斷面形狀的(de)(de)(de)金(jin)屬導(dao)線制(zhi)成(cheng),叫放(fang)電(dian)電(dian)極。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)(de)性能(neng)受粉塵性質(zhi)、設備構造和煙氣流速等三個因(yin)素的(de)(de)影響(xiang)。粉塵的(de)(de)比電(dian)阻(zu)是評價導(dao)電(dian)性的(de)(de)指標,它對除(chu)塵效(xiao)率有(you)直(zhi)接(jie)的(de)(de)影響(xiang)。比電(dian)阻(zu)過低,塵粒難(nan)以保持在集塵電(dian)極上,致使其重返氣流。比電(dian)阻(zu)過高,到達集塵電(dian)極的(de)(de)塵粒電(dian)荷不易放(fang)出(chu),在塵層之(zhi)間形成電(dian)壓梯(ti)度會產生局部擊穿(chuan)和放(fang)電(dian)現象(xiang)。這些情況都會造成除(chu)塵效(xiao)率下降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運行電壓需保持40一(yi)75kV乃至100kV以上。
工作原理
電(dian)(dian)除塵器的基本(ben)原理是利用電(dian)(dian)力(li)捕集(ji)煙氣中的粉塵,主(zhu)要包(bao)括以(yi)下四個(ge)相互(hu)有關的物理過程:(1)氣體的電(dian)(dian)離。(2)粉塵的荷(he)電(dian)(dian)。(3)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)粉塵向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)移(yi)動。(4)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)粉塵的捕集(ji)。
荷電(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的捕集過程(cheng):在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)兩個曲率半徑相差較(jiao)大的金屬(shu)陽極(ji)和(he)陰極(ji)上(shang)(shang),通過高壓直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian),維持一個足以(yi)使(shi)氣(qi)體電(dian)(dian)離(li)的電(dian)(dian)場(chang),氣(qi)體電(dian)(dian)離(li)后(hou)所(suo)產生的電(dian)(dian)子:陰離(li)子和(he)陽離(li)子,吸附在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)通過電(dian)(dian)場(chang)的粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)上(shang)(shang),使(shi)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)獲得電(dian)(dian)荷。荷電(dian)(dian)極(ji)性(xing)不同的粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)場(chang)力的作用下,分別向不同極(ji)性(xing)的電(dian)(dian)極(ji)運動,沉積(ji)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)上(shang)(shang),而達(da)到(dao)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)和(he)氣(qi)體分離(li)的目的。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器由兩大(da)部(bu)分(fen)組(zu)成:一部(bu)分(fen)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器本體系統(tong);另一部(bu)分(fen)是提供高壓直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置(zhi)和(he)低(di)壓自動控(kong)(kong)制系統(tong)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器的結構原理圖如(ru)圖1所(suo)示,高壓供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)為升壓變壓器供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),除(chu)塵(chen)器集塵(chen)極接(jie)地。低(di)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)(kong)制系統(tong)用來控(kong)(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁振打錘、卸灰(hui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極、輸灰(hui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極以及幾個部(bu)件的溫度。
