靜電除塵器的工作(zuo)原理是利用高壓電(dian)(dian)場使(shi)煙氣(qi)(qi)發(fa)生電(dian)(dian)離,氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)中的粉塵荷電(dian)(dian)在電(dian)(dian)場作(zuo)用下與氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)分離。負極由不(bu)同斷面形(xing)狀(zhuang)的金屬(shu)導線制成(cheng),叫放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)極。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)性能受(shou)粉塵性質、設備構造和(he)(he)煙(yan)氣流(liu)速等三(san)個因素的(de)影響(xiang)。粉塵的(de)比電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)是評(ping)價導電(dian)(dian)(dian)性的(de)指(zhi)標,它對除塵效率有直(zhi)接的(de)影響(xiang)。比電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)過低,塵粒(li)難以(yi)保持在集(ji)塵電(dian)(dian)(dian)極上,致使其(qi)重返氣流(liu)。比電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)過高,到達集(ji)塵電(dian)(dian)(dian)極的(de)塵粒(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)不(bu)易放(fang)(fang)出,在塵層之(zhi)間(jian)形(xing)成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓梯(ti)度(du)會產生局部(bu)擊穿和(he)(he)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)現象(xiang)。這些情況都(dou)會造成(cheng)除塵效率下降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運(yun)行電壓需(xu)保持40一75kV乃至100kV以上。
工作原理
電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器的(de)基本(ben)原(yuan)理是利用電(dian)(dian)力捕集煙氣(qi)中的(de)粉(fen)塵(chen),主要包括(kuo)以下四個相互有(you)關的(de)物理過程:(1)氣(qi)體的(de)電(dian)(dian)離。(2)粉(fen)塵(chen)的(de)荷電(dian)(dian)。(3)荷電(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)向電(dian)(dian)極移動。(4)荷電(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)的(de)捕集。
荷(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)的(de)捕集(ji)過(guo)(guo)程:在兩個(ge)曲率(lv)半徑相差(cha)較大的(de)金屬陽(yang)極(ji)和(he)陰極(ji)上,通(tong)過(guo)(guo)高壓(ya)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),維持一個(ge)足以使氣體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場,氣體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)后所產生(sheng)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子:陰離(li)子和(he)陽(yang)離(li)子,吸附在通(tong)過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場的(de)粉塵(chen)上,使粉塵(chen)獲得(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)(he)。荷(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)性(xing)不同(tong)的(de)粉塵(chen)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場力(li)的(de)作用下,分別向不同(tong)極(ji)性(xing)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)運動,沉積在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上,而(er)達到粉塵(chen)和(he)氣體(ti)分離(li)的(de)目的(de)。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器由兩大部分(fen)(fen)組成(cheng):一部分(fen)(fen)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器本體系(xi)統(tong)(tong);另一部分(fen)(fen)是提供(gong)高(gao)(gao)壓直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置(zhi)和(he)低壓自動控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器的(de)結構(gou)原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)1所示(shi),高(gao)(gao)壓供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)為升壓變壓器供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),除(chu)塵器集塵極(ji)接地。低壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)用(yong)來(lai)控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)振(zhen)打錘、卸灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)、輸灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)以及幾個部件的(de)溫度。
