靜電除塵器的工作原理(li)是利用高(gao)壓電(dian)場使煙氣發生電(dian)離,氣流(liu)中的粉塵荷電(dian)在電(dian)場作用下(xia)與氣流(liu)分離。負(fu)極由不(bu)同(tong)斷面形狀的金屬導(dao)線制(zhi)成,叫放電(dian)電(dian)極。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)(de)(de)(de)性(xing)能受粉塵(chen)性(xing)質、設備構造和(he)煙氣流速等(deng)三個因素的(de)(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響(xiang)。粉塵(chen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)比電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)是評價導電(dian)(dian)性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)標,它對除(chu)塵(chen)效(xiao)率有直接的(de)(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響(xiang)。比電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)過低,塵(chen)粒難(nan)以保持在(zai)集塵(chen)電(dian)(dian)極上,致(zhi)使其重返氣流。比電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)過高,到(dao)達集塵(chen)電(dian)(dian)極的(de)(de)(de)(de)塵(chen)粒電(dian)(dian)荷不易放出(chu),在(zai)塵(chen)層之間形成電(dian)(dian)壓梯度會產生局部(bu)擊穿和(he)放電(dian)(dian)現象。這(zhe)些情況都會造成除(chu)塵(chen)效(xiao)率下降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運行電壓需(xu)保持40一75kV乃至(zhi)100kV以(yi)上。
工作原理
電(dian)除塵(chen)器的基(ji)本原(yuan)理是(shi)利用電(dian)力(li)捕集(ji)煙(yan)氣中的粉塵(chen),主要包括以(yi)下四(si)個相互有關的物理過程:(1)氣體的電(dian)離。(2)粉塵(chen)的荷電(dian)。(3)荷電(dian)粉塵(chen)向(xiang)電(dian)極移動(dong)。(4)荷電(dian)粉塵(chen)的捕集(ji)。
荷(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)粉塵的(de)(de)捕集(ji)過(guo)程(cheng):在兩(liang)個曲(qu)率(lv)半徑相差較(jiao)大的(de)(de)金屬陽極和(he)(he)陰極上(shang),通過(guo)高壓直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian),維持一個足以使氣體電(dian)(dian)離的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)場(chang),氣體電(dian)(dian)離后所(suo)產生的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)子:陰離子和(he)(he)陽離子,吸附在通過(guo)電(dian)(dian)場(chang)的(de)(de)粉塵上(shang),使粉塵獲得電(dian)(dian)荷(he)(he)。荷(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)極性(xing)不同的(de)(de)粉塵在電(dian)(dian)場(chang)力的(de)(de)作(zuo)用下(xia),分別向不同極性(xing)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)極運動,沉積在電(dian)(dian)極上(shang),而(er)達到粉塵和(he)(he)氣體分離的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器由兩大部(bu)分組(zu)成:一部(bu)分是電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器本(ben)體系統;另一部(bu)分是提(ti)供(gong)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置(zhi)和低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)自動控(kong)制系統。電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器的結構原(yuan)理圖如圖1所示,高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統為升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)極接(jie)地。低(di)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)制系統用來(lai)控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁振(zhen)打錘、卸灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)極、輸(shu)灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)極以及(ji)幾個部(bu)件的溫(wen)度。
