靜電除塵器的(de)工作原(yuan)理(li)是利用高(gao)壓(ya)電(dian)場使煙氣發生(sheng)電(dian)離,氣流中(zhong)的(de)粉塵荷(he)電(dian)在電(dian)場作用下與氣流分離。負極(ji)由不(bu)同斷面形狀的(de)金屬導線制(zhi)成(cheng),叫放電(dian)電(dian)極(ji)。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)(de)性(xing)能受粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)性(xing)質、設備構造(zao)和(he)煙氣(qi)(qi)流速(su)等(deng)三個因素的(de)(de)影響。粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)的(de)(de)比電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)是評(ping)價導(dao)電(dian)(dian)性(xing)的(de)(de)指(zhi)標,它對除塵(chen)效(xiao)率有直(zhi)接的(de)(de)影響。比電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)過低,塵(chen)粒難以(yi)保(bao)持(chi)在集塵(chen)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)上,致(zhi)使其重返氣(qi)(qi)流。比電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)過高,到達集塵(chen)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)的(de)(de)塵(chen)粒電(dian)(dian)荷不易放出,在塵(chen)層之間(jian)形成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)梯度會產生局(ju)部擊穿和(he)放電(dian)(dian)現象(xiang)。這些情況都(dou)會造(zao)成(cheng)除塵(chen)效(xiao)率下降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運(yun)行電壓需(xu)保持40一75kV乃至100kV以上。
工作原理
電(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器的(de)基本原理(li)是利用電(dian)(dian)(dian)力捕(bu)集煙氣中的(de)粉(fen)塵(chen),主要包括以(yi)下四個(ge)相互有關(guan)的(de)物理(li)過程:(1)氣體的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)離。(2)粉(fen)塵(chen)的(de)荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)。(3)荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)向電(dian)(dian)(dian)極移動。(4)荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)的(de)捕(bu)集。
荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)(de)捕(bu)集過(guo)程:在(zai)兩個(ge)曲率(lv)半徑相差較大(da)的(de)(de)(de)金屬陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)和陰(yin)極(ji)(ji)上,通過(guo)高(gao)壓(ya)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),維持一(yi)個(ge)足以使氣(qi)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang),氣(qi)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離后所產生的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子:陰(yin)離子和陽(yang)離子,吸附(fu)在(zai)通過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)上,使粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)獲得(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷。荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)性(xing)不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)力的(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)下,分別(bie)向(xiang)不同(tong)極(ji)(ji)性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)運(yun)動,沉積在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)上,而達到粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)和氣(qi)體分離的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。
基本結構
靜電(dian)電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵器由兩大部(bu)(bu)分組成:一(yi)部(bu)(bu)分是電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵器本體系(xi)統;另一(yi)部(bu)(bu)分是提供(gong)高壓(ya)(ya)直流電(dian)的供(gong)電(dian)裝置和低壓(ya)(ya)自動控(kong)制系(xi)統。電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵器的結構原理(li)圖如圖1所示(shi),高壓(ya)(ya)供(gong)電(dian)系(xi)統為升壓(ya)(ya)變壓(ya)(ya)器供(gong)電(dian),除(chu)(chu)塵器集塵極接(jie)地。低壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)控(kong)制系(xi)統用來(lai)控(kong)制電(dian)磁振打錘、卸(xie)灰(hui)電(dian)極、輸灰(hui)電(dian)極以(yi)及幾個部(bu)(bu)件的溫(wen)度。
