靜電除塵器的工作原理是利用(yong)高(gao)壓電(dian)場(chang)使(shi)煙(yan)氣(qi)發生電(dian)離,氣(qi)流中的粉塵荷電(dian)在電(dian)場(chang)作用(yong)下與氣(qi)流分(fen)離。負(fu)極由不同斷面形狀的金(jin)屬(shu)導線制成,叫放(fang)電(dian)電(dian)極。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)性能受粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)性質、設備構造和煙氣(qi)流(liu)速等(deng)三個(ge)因(yin)素的(de)影響。粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)的(de)比(bi)(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)是評價導電(dian)(dian)(dian)性的(de)指標,它對除塵(chen)(chen)效率(lv)有直接的(de)影響。比(bi)(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)過(guo)低(di),塵(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)難以(yi)保持在集(ji)塵(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極上,致(zhi)使其重(zhong)返(fan)氣(qi)流(liu)。比(bi)(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)過(guo)高,到達集(ji)塵(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極的(de)塵(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷不易放出,在塵(chen)(chen)層之間形(xing)成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓梯度會產生局部擊穿(chuan)和放電(dian)(dian)(dian)現象。這些情(qing)況都會造成(cheng)除塵(chen)(chen)效率(lv)下降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運行電壓需保持40一(yi)75kV乃至100kV以上。
工作原理
電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)器的(de)(de)基本原(yuan)理是利用(yong)電(dian)(dian)力捕(bu)集(ji)煙(yan)氣中的(de)(de)粉塵(chen)(chen),主要包(bao)括以(yi)下四個相互有關(guan)的(de)(de)物(wu)理過(guo)程:(1)氣體的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)離。(2)粉塵(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)。(3)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)(chen)向電(dian)(dian)極(ji)移(yi)動。(4)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)捕(bu)集(ji)。
荷電(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)的(de)(de)捕集過程:在兩個曲率(lv)半徑相(xiang)差較大的(de)(de)金屬(shu)陽極(ji)(ji)和(he)陰極(ji)(ji)上,通過高壓直流(liu)電(dian)(dian),維(wei)持一(yi)個足(zu)以使(shi)氣(qi)體(ti)電(dian)(dian)離(li)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)場(chang),氣(qi)體(ti)電(dian)(dian)離(li)后所產(chan)生的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)子(zi):陰離(li)子(zi)和(he)陽離(li)子(zi),吸附在通過電(dian)(dian)場(chang)的(de)(de)粉塵(chen)上,使(shi)粉塵(chen)獲得(de)電(dian)(dian)荷。荷電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)性不同的(de)(de)粉塵(chen)在電(dian)(dian)場(chang)力的(de)(de)作用下,分別向(xiang)不同極(ji)(ji)性的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)運動(dong),沉積在電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)上,而達到粉塵(chen)和(he)氣(qi)體(ti)分離(li)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
基本結構
靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)由兩大(da)部分組成:一(yi)部分是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)本體(ti)系統(tong);另一(yi)部分是(shi)提供高壓(ya)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)的供電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置和低(di)壓(ya)自動控制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的結構原理圖如圖1所示(shi),高壓(ya)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)為升壓(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)供電(dian)(dian)(dian),除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)集(ji)塵(chen)極(ji)(ji)接地。低(di)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)控制(zhi)(zhi)系統(tong)用(yong)來控制(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)振打錘、卸灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)、輸灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)以及幾個部件(jian)的溫度。
