四種濕式電除塵器的對比分析
濕式靜電除塵器作為目前燃煤電廠污染物控制的精處理設備,在國內已受到了廣泛重視,并逐步得到推廣和使用。本文介紹了目前使用中的靜電除塵器(金屬極板濕式電除塵器、導電玻璃鋼極板濕式電除塵器、柔性極板濕式電除塵器、徑流濕式電除塵器)的技術特點和主要參數,為燃煤機組超低排放改造加裝濕式靜電除塵器提供參考。
1、引言進入新(xin)世(shi)紀,隨著我(wo)國(guo)經濟(ji)的(de)高速發(fa)展(zhan),火電(dian)(dian)裝機(ji)容量仍在不斷增(zeng)長。按中電(dian)(dian)聯(lian)《電(dian)(dian)力行業節能環保(bao)信(xin)息(xi)》推算(suan),2015年,我(wo)國(guo)新(xin)增(zeng)火電(dian)(dian)裝機(ji)容量約0.51億kW。根據(ju)電(dian)(dian)力規(gui)劃設(she)計總院預測,到(dao)2020年,火(huo)電裝機容量將達到12.2億(yi)kW,新(xin)增裝機容量約為3億(yi)kW。火(huo)電廠(chang)的(de)快速發展導致了大氣環(huan)(huan)境的(de)污染并引發了公共環(huan)(huan)境及健康(kang)危機,
雖然采取一系(xi)列政策,大力(li)推動煤炭清潔(jie)利用(yong)與發展清潔能源,但由于我國燃煤發電的基數(shu)較大,火電廠仍(reng)將是(shi)大氣污染物的主(zhu)要排(pai)(pai)放(fang)(fang)源之一,而降低(di)排(pai)(pai)放(fang)(fang)強度的主(zhu)要措施(shi)就是(shi)制定和實施(shi)更加(jia)嚴格的排(pai)(pai)放(fang)(fang)標準。
同時濕(shi)式電除(chu)塵(chen)器作為燃煤電廠污染物控(kong)制的(de)精(jing)處理技術設備,其處理對(dui)象(xiang)為含大量游離水的(de)飽和濕(shi)煙(yan)氣(qi),主(zhu)要去(qu)除(chu)粉塵(chen)(含石膏)、SO3、霧滴(di)和有(you)害氣(qi)體,并可(ke)有(you)效控(kong)制PM2.5的(de)排放,本(ben)文(wen)介紹4種濕(shi)式電除(chu)塵(chen)器技術,并從性能、可(ke)靠性及(ji)除(chu)塵(chen)效果等方面進行比較。
2、濕式電除塵器簡介濕式電除塵器(簡稱WESP),與干式電除塵器的除塵原理基本相同,先依靠高壓電暈放電使得粉塵荷電,荷電后的粉塵在電場力的作用下到達集塵板(或集塵管),再采用沖洗方式,使粉塵隨著沖刷液的流動而。在(zai)目前的(de)濕除(chu)技術中(zhong),主要差別在(zai)于陽(yang)極(ji)板(ban)材質(zhi)的(de)選取及清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)技術。根(gen)據陽(yang)極(ji)材質(zhi)的(de)不(bu)同(tong),主要分為不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼濕式電除(chu)塵器(qi)、導電玻璃鋼電極(ji)濕式電除(chu)塵器(qi)、柔性電極(ji)濕式電除(chu)塵器(qi);根(gen)據清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)技術(即水膜的(de)形成原(yuan)理(li))不(bu)同(tong),分為水膜自清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)技術和水膜沖洗清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)技術,前者(zhe)為間斷噴淋,靠煙氣中(zhong)的(de)水汽在(zai)陽(yang)極(ji)表面自凝結實現(xian)在(zai)線清(qing)灰(hui)(hui),后者(zhe)為通(tong)過(guo)噴淋水在(zai)陽(yang)極(ji)表面形成水膜清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)。
3、濕式電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器(qi)性能對比(bi)3.1、金屬電(dian)(dian)極濕式電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器(qi)20世紀90年代,為應對地方環(huan)保法規提出的(de)對煙塵(chen)排放控制的(de)要(yao)求,日本(ben)三菱公(gong)司研發并建成濕式電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器(qi),用(yong)于燃(ran)煤電(dian)(dian)廠的(de)煙塵(chen)治理。
2006年,專門(men)針對PM2.5提出(chu)控制要(yao)求,在(zai)燃煤電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)安裝濕式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器。目(mu)前我國(guo)通(tong)過引進(jin)技(ji)術并優化(hua)設計,已(yi)掌握其核(he)心技(ji)術。(1)金屬電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)濕式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器的技(ji)術特點如下:1)大多(duo)采用(yong)臥式(shi)布(bu)置,氣流沿水平(ping)方(fang)向(xiang)進(jin)出(chu),煙氣流速較低(di)(流速在(zai)2.5m/s左右),能(neng)有效控制氣流帶出(chu)粉塵,提高(gao)(gao)PM2.5細微顆粒(li)及氣溶膠脫(tuo)除(chu)效率。2)陰陽極(ji)(ji)均平(ping)行于氣流方(fang)向(xiang)布(bu)置,金屬極(ji)(ji)板(ban)采用(yong)懸掛方(fang)式(shi),極(ji)(ji)板(ban)通(tong)過懸掛梁固定于殼(ke)體(ti)中,電(dian)(dian)(dian)暈電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)采用(yong)框架(jia)式(shi)結構,通(tong)過吊桿吊掛在(zai)殼(ke)體(ti)中。這種安裝方(fang)式(shi)由(you)于陰陽極(ji)(ji)不易變形,極(ji)(ji)間距有保證,故電(dian)(dian)(dian)場穩定性好,運行電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)高(gao)(gao)。3)耐(nai)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen),脫(tuo)硫系統出(chu)現故障時,可以在(zai)較高(gao)(gao)的煙氣溫(wen)度下運行。
(2)金屬電(dian)極濕式電(dian)除塵器存在的(de)問題如(ru)下:
1)陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)板(ban)一般高(gao)(gao)度(du)在8~10m左右,要形成均勻(yun)的水(shui)(shui)(shui)膜對陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)板(ban)的設計、制造(zao)、安裝(zhuang)及維護(hu)有嚴格的要求(qiu)(qiu),更(geng)換時難度(du)較(jiao)(jiao)大。2)極(ji)(ji)板(ban)材質多(duo)采(cai)用316L,需(xu)要通過水(shui)(shui)(shui)膜保(bao)護(hu)以(yi)防腐(fu)(fu)蝕,一旦水(shui)(shui)(shui)膜保(bao)護(hu)出現失效,造(zao)成極(ji)(ji)板(ban)腐(fu)(fu)蝕嚴重,甚至喪失除(chu)塵效率。3)清灰(hui)方式采(cai)用在線(xian)單線(xian)連續(xu)噴(pen)淋(lin)工藝(yi),需(xu)要設置(zhi)專門的水(shui)(shui)(shui)處理系統,噴(pen)淋(lin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)經NaOH水(shui)(shui)(shui)溶液中和后(hou)循環(huan)使用,這(zhe)種(zhong)清灰(hui)方式對于水(shui)(shui)(shui)耗、電(dian)(dian)耗、堿的消耗較(jiao)(jiao)大,對噴(pen)嘴性能要求(qiu)(qiu)更(geng)高(gao)(gao)。根(gen)據各企業(ye)發布的環(huan)境監測報告顯示,金屬電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)濕式電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器(qi)粉(fen)塵去(qu)除(chu)率(粉(fen)塵+石膏):≥70%;SO3去(qu)除(chu)率:≥70%;霧滴含量:低于20mg/m3。目前,浙江嘉興三期2×1000MW機組、大唐黃島電(dian)(dian)廠(chang)670MW機組、神華(hua)國(guo)華(hua)舟(zhou)山電(dian)(dian)廠(chang)350MW機組等都采(cai)用了金屬極(ji)(ji)板(ban)濕式電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器(qi)。
3.2、導電玻璃鋼濕式電除塵器導電玻璃鋼濕式電除塵技術來源于化工行業的濕式電除霧器,在化工、煤氣凈化等領域已經有幾十年的應用歷史,技術成熟。導電玻璃鋼(FiberReinforcedPlastics,FRP)是一種以樹脂為基體,碳纖維、玻璃纖維等為增強材料,通過成型工藝制成的高導復合材料。使用導電玻璃鋼作為收塵極可以采用管式或蜂窩狀形式(立式布置),也可采用板式形式(臥式布置),目前,以蜂窩狀結構居多。
(1)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)(bo)璃鋼(gang)濕(shi)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)的(de)技(ji)術(shu)特(te)點如下:1)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)(bo)璃鋼(gang)具(ju)有重量(liang)(liang)輕、比強度高、耐腐蝕等特(te)性。2)收塵(chen)(chen)(chen)極(ji)(ji)組(zu)件采用(yong)(yong)工(gong)廠成型,實(shi)現整(zheng)體模塊(kuai)化,有利(li)于保證安(an)裝精度。3)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)運行時(shi),收集下來的(de)液(ye)(ye)滴(di)在沉淀極(ji)(ji)表面形(xing)成液(ye)(ye)膜,由(you)(you)于玻(bo)(bo)璃鋼(gang)具(ju)有很強的(de)疏水(shui)性,能(neng)(neng)有效阻隔粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)和石(shi)膏對沉淀極(ji)(ji)壁的(de)粘(zhan)接,靠重力自(zi)流(liu)至(zhi)下部集液(ye)(ye)槽。4)為(wei)防止少(shao)量(liang)(liang)煙(yan)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)沉積,在沉淀極(ji)(ji)管上(shang)部設置(zhi)一層間斷噴淋(lin)裝置(zhi),將濕(shi)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)分為(wei)多個電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang),當需要(yao)進(jin)行間斷沖(chong)洗時(shi),控(kong)制系統自(zi)動停(ting)掉(diao)其中一個電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)或(huo)將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)降壓運行,沖(chong)洗結束后(hou)開啟該電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)。由(you)(you)于耗水(shui)量(liang)(liang)較小,集液(ye)(ye)槽中的(de)收集液(ye)(ye)可返(fan)回脫硫塔(ta)內循環(huan)使用(yong)(yong)。(2)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)(bo)璃鋼(gang)濕(shi)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)存在的(de)問(wen)題如下:1)煙(yan)氣(qi)流(liu)速(su)在2.5m/s左右時(shi),PM2.5細微顆粒及氣(qi)溶膠脫除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)率(lv)高,提高煙(yan)氣(qi)流(liu)速(su)后(hou),影(ying)響除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)性能(neng)(neng)。2)一般FRP不(bu)能(neng)(neng)在高溫(wen)下長(chang)期使用(yong)(yong),煙(yan)氣(qi)溫(wen)度較高時(shi)對陽極(ji)(ji)板壽命(ming)有影(ying)響,嚴重時(shi)可能(neng)(neng)燒灼。FRP的(de)使用(yong)(yong)壽命(ming)在10~15年左右,與產品(pin)的(de)質量(liang)(liang)及制作產品(pin)所用(yong)(yong)的(de)樹脂等原(yuan)材料性能(neng)(neng)有關(guan)。3)如果出現部分導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)(bo)璃鋼(gang)損壞,需要(yao)整(zheng)個模塊(kuai)更換(huan),將大(da)大(da)增加維護費用(yong)(yong)和難(nan)度。根據(ju)各企業發(fa)布的(de)環(huan)境監測報告顯示(shi),導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)(bo)璃鋼(gang)濕(shi)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)去(qu)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)率(lv)(粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)+石(shi)膏):≥70%;SO3去(qu)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)率(lv):≥70%;霧滴(di)含量(liang)(liang):低于25mg/m3。目(mu)前,黃臺(tai)8號、9號2×300MW機(ji)組(zu)、上(shang)海石(shi)洞(dong)口300MW機(ji)組(zu)、蒙西300MW機(ji)組(zu)、白楊河兩臺(tai)300MW機(ji)組(zu)等都采用(yong)(yong)了導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)(bo)璃鋼(gang)濕(shi)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)。
3.3、柔性電(dian)極濕式電(dian)除塵器20世紀(ji)90年(nian)代末,俄亥俄州立大學提出了柔性電(dian)極濕式電(dian)除塵技(ji)術的概(gai)念,2003年Croll-Reynolds、FirstEnergy、SouthernEnvironmental公司和俄(e)亥俄(e)州立大(da)學共同研究制作出臺實驗裝置。濕式除塵器存在的問題,集中體現在集塵極材料和表面水膜分布不均勻引發的系列問題上,基于上述原因,我國早(zao)由山東大學和國電環保(bao)院共同研發,開始了柔性絕緣疏水纖(xian)維織物用于濕式除塵器的研究工作,并于2012年在益陽300MW燃煤機組中完成工(gong)業(ye)化應用。官網(wang):goyd.cn通(tong)過(guo)相關資料顯示(shi),耐(nai)腐蝕性(xing)優良的(de)(de)柔性(xing)絕緣疏水纖維(wei)織物(wu)通(tong)過(guo)潤濕使(shi)其導(dao)電,可以(yi)形(xing)成水膜,并靠(kao)重(zhong)力(li)自流(liu)向下與煙氣(qi)(qi)分離(li),柔性(xing)織物(wu)材料作為收塵極布置成方形(xing)孔(kong)道(dao)(立式布置),煙氣(qi)(qi)沿孔(kong)道(dao)流(liu)過(guo)。(1)柔性(xing)濕式電除塵器的(de)(de)技術特點如下:1)柔性(xing)陽有(you)(you)(you)重(zhong)量輕、防(fang)腐性(xing)能(neng)好的(de)(de)特(te)點。2)柔性(xing)絕緣疏水(shui)(shui)纖(xian)維本身的(de)(de)結構特(te)性(xing),有(you)(you)(you)利(li)于(yu)表面形成均勻水(shui)(shui)膜,利(li)用(yong)從煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)中(zhong)收集的(de)(de)酸(suan)液(ye)帶(dai)出(chu)灰,實現自清灰,沖洗水(shui)(shui)量小(xiao)。3)陽(yang)(yang)極(ji)部件可組裝拆卸,有(you)(you)(you)利(li)于(yu)后期的(de)(de)維護和更換。(2)柔性(xing)濕(shi)式電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器存在的(de)(de)問題如下:1)柔性(xing)陽(yang)(yang)極(ji)不(bu)耐(nai)高溫,煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)溫度較(jiao)高時,對陽(yang)(yang)極(ji)壽命有(you)(you)(you)影(ying)響,嚴重(zhong)時可能(neng)燒蝕,使(shi)用(yong)壽命6年左右。2)柔性(xing)纖(xian)維織(zhi)物的(de)(de)伸(shen)縮率(lv)(lv)較(jiao)大(da),陽(yang)(yang)極(ji)布的(de)(de)張(zhang)緊程度和浸水(shui)(shui)后發生的(de)(de)伸(shen)縮都會影(ying)響實際的(de)(de)極(ji)間距,進而影(ying)響到電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)的(de)(de)穩(wen)定性(xing)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓的(de)(de)正常(chang)運行。3)煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)流速較(jiao)高,產生氣(qi)(qi)流帶(dai)出(chu),PM2.5細微(wei)顆粒及氣(qi)(qi)溶(rong)膠脫除(chu)率(lv)(lv)低(di)。性(xing)能(neng)結果表明:粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)去(qu)除(chu)率(lv)(lv)(含石膏):≥70%;SO3去(qu)除(chu)率(lv)(lv):≥70%;霧(wu)滴含量:低(di)于(yu)20mg/m3。目前,國電(dian)(dian)(dian)益陽(yang)(yang)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)有(you)(you)(you)限公(gong)司(si)300MW機(ji)組,國電(dian)(dian)(dian)滎(ying)陽(yang)(yang)煤電(dian)(dian)(dian)一(yi)體化有(you)(you)(you)限公(gong)司(si)一(yi)期600MW機(ji)組采用(yong)了柔性(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)濕(shi)式靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)技術。
3.4、徑流(liu)(liu)濕(shi)(shi)式(shi)(shi)(shi)電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)徑流(liu)(liu)濕(shi)(shi)式(shi)(shi)(shi)電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)是北京華能達(da)(da)公司自主(zhu)研發的(de)(de)具有自主(zhu)知識產權的(de)(de)除(chu)塵(chen)技(ji)術。與(yu)(yu)上述濕(shi)(shi)式(shi)(shi)(shi)靜電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)結構(gou)不(bu)同,該(gai)結構(gou)布置(zhi)是將(jiang)收(shou)塵(chen)陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)垂直于(yu)氣流(liu)(liu)方向,使電(dian)場力(li)與(yu)(yu)引(yin)風(feng)力(li)的(de)(de)方向在(zai)(zai)(zai)同一(yi)水平線上,粉塵(chen)顆粒(li)在(zai)(zai)(zai)引(yin)風(feng)力(li)與(yu)(yu)電(dian)場力(li)的(de)(de)共同作用(yong)(yong)下,在(zai)(zai)(zai)新型陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)上完成捕集。裝置(zhi)主(zhu)要由殼體、分布板(ban)(ban)(ban)、陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)裝置(zhi)、陰(yin)極(ji)(ji)(ji)裝置(zhi)、噴(pen)淋系統、熱風(feng)系統和供(gong)電(dian)電(dian)源等組(zu)成。(1)徑流(liu)(liu)濕(shi)(shi)式(shi)(shi)(shi)電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)技(ji)術特點如(ru)下:1)與(yu)(yu)煙(yan)氣接觸部位全(quan)部采用(yong)(yong)2205雙相不(bu)銹鋼(gang)材(cai)質,具有強度高、耐(nai)高溫(wen)、耐(nai)腐蝕(尤其對氯離子(zi)和硫化物的(de)(de)應力(li)腐蝕)等特性,使用(yong)(yong)壽命能夠達(da)(da)到30年。2)新型陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)通孔率達(da)(da)到98%以上,其幾(ji)乎全(quan)通透的(de)(de)結構(gou)大大降低(di)了徑流(liu)(liu)式(shi)(shi)(shi)濕(shi)(shi)式(shi)(shi)(shi)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)運行阻力(li),并且和普通的(de)(de)陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)相比,相同體積下新型陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)具有的(de)集塵面積,相當于普通(tong)陽(yang)(yang)極(ji)(ji)板(ban)的(de)20倍。3)陽(yang)(yang)極(ji)(ji)系統(tong)采(cai)用旋轉電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)設計,在(zai)(zai)旋轉電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)下部(bu)設立獨立的(de)清洗室,由高壓噴嘴(zui)在(zai)(zai)旋轉電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)內(nei)部(bu)向(xiang)外(wai)沖(chong)洗網(wang)板(ban),清洗網(wang)板(ban)后(hou)的(de)污水(shui)通(tong)過排(pai)水(shui)泵(beng)和排(pai)污管道(dao)送入脫硫塔補水(shui)。在(zai)(zai)工程運(yun)行(xing)中,利用壓差監(jian)測,實現在(zai)(zai)線噴淋,無水(shui)循(xun)環(huan)系統(tong),故(gu)耗(hao)水(shui)、耗(hao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量小。(2)徑流濕式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵器存在(zai)(zai)的(de)問題(ti)如下:1)由于接觸煙氣的(de)部(bu)件全部(bu)采(cai)用2205雙相不銹鋼,前(qian)期成本投(tou)入較高。
