靜電除塵器的(de)工作原(yuan)理是利用高壓電(dian)場使煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)發生電(dian)離,氣(qi)(qi)流中的(de)粉塵荷(he)電(dian)在電(dian)場作用下(xia)與氣(qi)(qi)流分(fen)離。負極(ji)由不(bu)同(tong)斷面形狀的(de)金屬導(dao)線(xian)制成,叫放電(dian)電(dian)極(ji)。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)(de)(de)性能受(shou)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)性質、設備構造(zao)和(he)煙氣(qi)流速(su)等三個因素(su)的(de)(de)(de)影響(xiang)。粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)(de)比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻是評價導電(dian)(dian)(dian)性的(de)(de)(de)指標,它(ta)對除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)有直接的(de)(de)(de)影響(xiang)。比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過低,塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒難以保(bao)持在(zai)集(ji)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上,致使其重返氣(qi)流。比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過高,到達集(ji)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)的(de)(de)(de)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷不(bu)易(yi)放出(chu),在(zai)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)層之間形成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓梯度(du)會產生局(ju)部擊穿和(he)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)現象。這些情況都會造(zao)成(cheng)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)下降(jiang)。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運行電壓需(xu)保(bao)持40一75kV乃(nai)至100kV以上(shang)。
工作原理
電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器的(de)(de)(de)基本原理是(shi)利(li)用電(dian)(dian)力捕(bu)(bu)集(ji)煙氣(qi)(qi)中的(de)(de)(de)粉塵(chen),主要(yao)包括以下四個相互有關的(de)(de)(de)物理過程:(1)氣(qi)(qi)體的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)離。(2)粉塵(chen)的(de)(de)(de)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)。(3)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)極移(yi)動(dong)。(4)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)的(de)(de)(de)捕(bu)(bu)集(ji)。
荷電(dian)粉(fen)(fen)塵的(de)捕集過(guo)程:在(zai)(zai)兩個(ge)曲率半徑相差較大的(de)金屬陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)和陰極(ji)(ji)上(shang)(shang)(shang),通過(guo)高壓直(zhi)流電(dian),維持一個(ge)足以使氣體(ti)電(dian)離的(de)電(dian)場(chang),氣體(ti)電(dian)離后所(suo)產生(sheng)的(de)電(dian)子(zi):陰離子(zi)和陽(yang)離子(zi),吸附在(zai)(zai)通過(guo)電(dian)場(chang)的(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵上(shang)(shang)(shang),使粉(fen)(fen)塵獲得電(dian)荷。荷電(dian)極(ji)(ji)性不(bu)同的(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵在(zai)(zai)電(dian)場(chang)力的(de)作用下,分別向不(bu)同極(ji)(ji)性的(de)電(dian)極(ji)(ji)運動,沉積在(zai)(zai)電(dian)極(ji)(ji)上(shang)(shang)(shang),而達(da)到(dao)粉(fen)(fen)塵和氣體(ti)分離的(de)目的(de)。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器由兩(liang)大(da)部(bu)分(fen)組成:一部(bu)分(fen)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器本體系統(tong);另(ling)一部(bu)分(fen)是提供高(gao)壓(ya)直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置和低(di)(di)壓(ya)自(zi)動控(kong)(kong)制系統(tong)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器的(de)結(jie)構原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)1所示,高(gao)壓(ya)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)為升壓(ya)變壓(ya)器供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),除塵(chen)器集塵(chen)極接地(di)。低(di)(di)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)(kong)制系統(tong)用來控(kong)(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)振(zhen)打錘、卸灰(hui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極、輸灰(hui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極以及幾(ji)個部(bu)件的(de)溫度。
