靜電除塵器的(de)工作原理是利用高壓電(dian)場使煙氣發(fa)生電(dian)離(li),氣流中(zhong)的(de)粉(fen)塵荷電(dian)在電(dian)場作用下與氣流分離(li)。負極由不(bu)同斷面形狀的(de)金屬導線制成(cheng),叫(jiao)放(fang)電(dian)電(dian)極。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)(de)性(xing)能受粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)性(xing)質、設備構造和煙氣(qi)流速等三個(ge)因(yin)素的(de)(de)影(ying)響(xiang)(xiang)。粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)比電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻是評價導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)的(de)(de)指標(biao),它對除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率有(you)直接的(de)(de)影(ying)響(xiang)(xiang)。比電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過(guo)低,塵(chen)(chen)粒(li)難(nan)以保持在集塵(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極上,致(zhi)使其重返(fan)氣(qi)流。比電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過(guo)高(gao),到達(da)集塵(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極的(de)(de)塵(chen)(chen)粒(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷不易放出,在塵(chen)(chen)層(ceng)之間(jian)形成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓梯(ti)度會產生局部擊穿和放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)現象。這(zhe)些情況都會造成除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率下降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運行電壓需保持40一75kV乃至100kV以上。
工作原理
電除塵(chen)器的(de)基本原(yuan)理(li)是(shi)利(li)用電力捕(bu)集(ji)煙氣(qi)中的(de)粉(fen)塵(chen),主要包括(kuo)以(yi)下(xia)四個相互有關的(de)物理(li)過程:(1)氣(qi)體的(de)電離。(2)粉(fen)塵(chen)的(de)荷(he)電。(3)荷(he)電粉(fen)塵(chen)向電極移(yi)動。(4)荷(he)電粉(fen)塵(chen)的(de)捕(bu)集(ji)。
荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)捕集(ji)過(guo)程:在兩(liang)個曲率半徑相差較大的(de)(de)金屬陽(yang)極和(he)陰極上(shang)(shang),通(tong)過(guo)高(gao)壓直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),維(wei)持一個足以使(shi)氣體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang),氣體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)后(hou)所產(chan)生的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi):陰離(li)子(zi)和(he)陽(yang)離(li)子(zi),吸附在通(tong)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)上(shang)(shang),使(shi)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)獲得電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)。荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極性不(bu)同的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)力的(de)(de)作用下,分別(bie)向不(bu)同極性的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極運動,沉積(ji)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極上(shang)(shang),而達到粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)和(he)氣體(ti)分離(li)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)由兩大部(bu)分組成:一(yi)部(bu)分是(shi)電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)本(ben)體(ti)系統(tong);另一(yi)部(bu)分是(shi)提供高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)直流電(dian)(dian)的(de)供電(dian)(dian)裝置和低(di)壓(ya)(ya)自動控制(zhi)系統(tong)。電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)結構原理圖如(ru)圖1所(suo)示,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)供電(dian)(dian)系統(tong)為升壓(ya)(ya)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)供電(dian)(dian),除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)集(ji)塵(chen)(chen)極接(jie)地。低(di)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)控制(zhi)系統(tong)用來控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)磁振打(da)錘、卸灰(hui)電(dian)(dian)極、輸灰(hui)電(dian)(dian)極以(yi)及幾個部(bu)件(jian)的(de)溫(wen)度。
