靜電除塵器的(de)工作原理是利用(yong)高壓電場使煙氣(qi)(qi)發生電離,氣(qi)(qi)流中的(de)粉(fen)塵荷電在電場作用(yong)下(xia)與氣(qi)(qi)流分離。負(fu)極(ji)由不(bu)同斷(duan)面形(xing)狀的(de)金屬導線制成,叫(jiao)放電電極(ji)。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)(de)性能受粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)性質、設(she)備構造和煙氣(qi)流速(su)等三個(ge)因素的(de)(de)影響。粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)比電(dian)阻(zu)是評(ping)價導電(dian)性的(de)(de)指標,它對除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效率(lv)有(you)直接的(de)(de)影響。比電(dian)阻(zu)過低(di),塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒難以保持在集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)極(ji)上,致使(shi)其重返氣(qi)流。比電(dian)阻(zu)過高(gao),到(dao)達集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)極(ji)的(de)(de)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒電(dian)荷不易放出,在塵(chen)(chen)(chen)層之間(jian)形成電(dian)壓梯度會產生(sheng)局部擊(ji)穿和放電(dian)現(xian)象(xiang)。這些(xie)情況(kuang)都(dou)會造成除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效率(lv)下(xia)降(jiang)。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運(yun)行電壓需保持40一75kV乃至100kV以上。
工作原理
電除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的基本原理是利用電力(li)捕集(ji)煙氣中的粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen),主要包括以下四個(ge)相互有(you)關的物理過程:(1)氣體的電離。(2)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的荷電。(3)荷電粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)向電極移動。(4)荷電粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的捕集(ji)。
荷電(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)(chen)的捕集(ji)過(guo)程:在兩個曲(qu)率半(ban)徑相差(cha)較大的金(jin)屬陽極(ji)(ji)和陰極(ji)(ji)上,通過(guo)高壓直流電(dian)(dian),維(wei)持(chi)一個足以使氣體電(dian)(dian)離(li)的電(dian)(dian)場,氣體電(dian)(dian)離(li)后所產生(sheng)的電(dian)(dian)子(zi):陰離(li)子(zi)和陽離(li)子(zi),吸附(fu)在通過(guo)電(dian)(dian)場的粉塵(chen)(chen)上,使粉塵(chen)(chen)獲得電(dian)(dian)荷。荷電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)性(xing)不同的粉塵(chen)(chen)在電(dian)(dian)場力(li)的作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia),分別向不同極(ji)(ji)性(xing)的電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)運動,沉積在電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)上,而達到粉塵(chen)(chen)和氣體分離(li)的目的。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)器由兩大部(bu)分組成:一部(bu)分是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)器本體系統(tong);另(ling)一部(bu)分是提供(gong)(gong)高壓(ya)(ya)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置和低(di)壓(ya)(ya)自動控(kong)(kong)制系統(tong)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)器的結構原理(li)圖如(ru)圖1所示,高壓(ya)(ya)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)為升壓(ya)(ya)變壓(ya)(ya)器供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),除塵(chen)(chen)器集塵(chen)(chen)極(ji)接(jie)地。低(di)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)(kong)制系統(tong)用(yong)來控(kong)(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁振(zhen)打錘、卸灰(hui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)、輸灰(hui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)以(yi)及幾個(ge)部(bu)件的溫(wen)度。
