靜電除塵器的工作原(yuan)理(li)是利(li)用(yong)高(gao)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)使煙氣(qi)發(fa)生電(dian)(dian)(dian)離,氣(qi)流中的粉(fen)塵荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)作用(yong)下(xia)與氣(qi)流分離。負極由(you)不同斷面形狀的金屬導線制成,叫(jiao)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)(de)性(xing)能受粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)性(xing)質、設備構造和(he)煙(yan)氣(qi)流(liu)速等(deng)三個因素的(de)(de)影響。粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻是評(ping)價(jia)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)的(de)(de)指標,它對除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效率有直(zhi)接的(de)(de)影響。比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過低,塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒難以保持在集(ji)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上,致使(shi)其重(zhong)返氣(qi)流(liu)。比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過高,到(dao)達集(ji)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)的(de)(de)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷不易放(fang)出(chu),在塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)層之間形(xing)成電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓梯度會產生局(ju)部擊(ji)穿和(he)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)現象(xiang)。這些情況都會造成除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效率下(xia)降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運行電(dian)壓(ya)需保持(chi)40一(yi)75kV乃至(zhi)100kV以上。
工作原理
電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)器的(de)基本原理是利用電(dian)(dian)力(li)捕集煙氣中的(de)粉塵(chen)(chen),主要包(bao)括以下四個相互有(you)關的(de)物理過(guo)程:(1)氣體的(de)電(dian)(dian)離。(2)粉塵(chen)(chen)的(de)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)。(3)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)(chen)向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)移動。(4)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)(chen)的(de)捕集。
荷(he)電(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)(de)捕集過程(cheng):在(zai)兩個(ge)曲(qu)率半徑相差較大的(de)(de)(de)金屬陽極(ji)和陰極(ji)上,通(tong)(tong)過高壓直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian),維持一(yi)個(ge)足以(yi)使(shi)氣體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)離(li)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)場(chang),氣體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)離(li)后所(suo)產生的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)子(zi):陰離(li)子(zi)和陽離(li)子(zi),吸附在(zai)通(tong)(tong)過電(dian)(dian)場(chang)的(de)(de)(de)粉塵(chen)(chen)上,使(shi)粉塵(chen)(chen)獲(huo)得電(dian)(dian)荷(he)。荷(he)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)性不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)粉塵(chen)(chen)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)場(chang)力(li)的(de)(de)(de)作用下(xia),分別向不同(tong)極(ji)性的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)運動,沉積在(zai)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)上,而達到粉塵(chen)(chen)和氣體(ti)(ti)分離(li)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。
基本結構
靜電電除塵(chen)器(qi)由兩大(da)部分組成:一部分是電除塵(chen)器(qi)本體系(xi)統;另一部分是提供(gong)高壓(ya)直流電的供(gong)電裝(zhuang)置和低壓(ya)自動控(kong)制系(xi)統。電除塵(chen)器(qi)的結構(gou)原理(li)圖(tu)如(ru)圖(tu)1所示,高壓(ya)供(gong)電系(xi)統為升壓(ya)變壓(ya)器(qi)供(gong)電,除塵(chen)器(qi)集塵(chen)極接地(di)。低壓(ya)電控(kong)制系(xi)統用來控(kong)制電磁振(zhen)打錘、卸灰(hui)(hui)電極、輸(shu)灰(hui)(hui)電極以及幾個部件(jian)的溫度。
