靜電除塵器的(de)工作(zuo)原理(li)是利用高壓電(dian)(dian)場使煙(yan)氣發生電(dian)(dian)離,氣流中的(de)粉塵荷電(dian)(dian)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)場作(zuo)用下(xia)與氣流分離。負極由不同斷(duan)面形(xing)狀(zhuang)的(de)金(jin)屬導線制(zhi)成,叫放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)極。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)性能受粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)性質、設備構造和(he)煙氣流速等三個因素的(de)影響(xiang)(xiang)。粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)比(bi)電(dian)(dian)阻是評價導電(dian)(dian)性的(de)指(zhi)標(biao),它對(dui)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率有直接的(de)影響(xiang)(xiang)。比(bi)電(dian)(dian)阻過(guo)低,塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)難以保持(chi)在集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)極上,致使其重返氣流。比(bi)電(dian)(dian)阻過(guo)高(gao),到達(da)集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)極的(de)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)電(dian)(dian)荷不易放出,在塵(chen)(chen)(chen)層之間(jian)形成電(dian)(dian)壓梯度會(hui)產生局(ju)部(bu)擊穿和(he)放電(dian)(dian)現象。這些情(qing)況都會(hui)造成除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率下降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運行(xing)電壓需(xu)保持(chi)40一75kV乃至100kV以(yi)上。
工作原理
電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器的(de)(de)基(ji)本原理(li)是利用電(dian)(dian)力捕(bu)集煙氣中(zhong)的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen),主(zhu)要包括以下(xia)四個相互有(you)關(guan)的(de)(de)物理(li)過程:(1)氣體(ti)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)離。(2)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)。(3)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)向電(dian)(dian)極移動。(4)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)捕(bu)集。
荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)的(de)(de)捕集(ji)過程(cheng):在(zai)兩個曲率半徑相差較大(da)的(de)(de)金屬陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)和(he)陰極(ji)(ji)上(shang),通(tong)過高(gao)壓直流電(dian)(dian)(dian),維持一個足以使氣體電(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)(chang),氣體電(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)后所產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子:陰離(li)子和(he)陽(yang)離(li)子,吸附(fu)在(zai)通(tong)過電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)粉塵(chen)上(shang),使粉塵(chen)獲得電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷。荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)性不同(tong)的(de)(de)粉塵(chen)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)(chang)力的(de)(de)作用下,分別向不同(tong)極(ji)(ji)性的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)運動,沉(chen)積在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)上(shang),而(er)達(da)到粉塵(chen)和(he)氣體分離(li)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
基本結構
靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器由兩大(da)部(bu)分組成(cheng):一(yi)部(bu)分是電(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器本(ben)體系(xi)統;另一(yi)部(bu)分是提供高壓直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)的供電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置和低壓自動控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統。電(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器的結構(gou)原理(li)圖如圖1所示,高壓供電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統為升(sheng)壓變壓器供電(dian)(dian)(dian),除塵(chen)器集塵(chen)極接地。低壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統用(yong)來控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁振打錘、卸灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)極、輸(shu)灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)極以(yi)及(ji)幾個部(bu)件的溫度。
