靜電除塵器的(de)工作原理是利用高(gao)壓電場使煙氣發生電離(li),氣流中的(de)粉塵荷電在電場作用下(xia)與氣流分(fen)離(li)。負極由不同斷面形狀的(de)金屬(shu)導線制成,叫放電電極。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)(de)(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)能受粉塵(chen)性(xing)(xing)質、設(she)備(bei)構造和煙氣(qi)流(liu)速等三個因素的(de)(de)(de)(de)影響。粉塵(chen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)是評(ping)價導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)指標,它對除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)效率(lv)有直(zhi)接的(de)(de)(de)(de)影響。比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)過低,塵(chen)粒(li)難以保持在集塵(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)上,致使其重(zhong)返(fan)氣(qi)流(liu)。比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)過高,到達(da)集塵(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)塵(chen)粒(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷不易放(fang)(fang)出(chu),在塵(chen)層之(zhi)間形成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)梯度會產生(sheng)局(ju)部擊(ji)穿和放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)現象。這些情況都(dou)會造成除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)效率(lv)下降(jiang)。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運(yun)行電(dian)壓需(xu)保(bao)持40一75kV乃至100kV以(yi)上。
工作原理
電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器的(de)(de)基本(ben)原(yuan)理是利(li)用電(dian)(dian)力捕集煙氣中的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen),主要包括以下四個相互(hu)有(you)關的(de)(de)物理過程:(1)氣體的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)離。(2)粉(fen)塵(chen)的(de)(de)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)。(3)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)向電(dian)(dian)極移動。(4)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)的(de)(de)捕集。
荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)(de)捕(bu)集過程(cheng):在(zai)(zai)(zai)兩個(ge)曲(qu)率(lv)半徑(jing)相(xiang)差較大的(de)(de)(de)金屬陽(yang)極(ji)和(he)陰極(ji)上(shang),通過高壓(ya)直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian),維持一(yi)個(ge)足以使氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)離的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang),氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)離后(hou)所(suo)產生的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi):陰離子(zi)和(he)陽(yang)離子(zi),吸附在(zai)(zai)(zai)通過電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)的(de)(de)(de)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)上(shang),使粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)獲(huo)得電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷。荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)性不同的(de)(de)(de)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)在(zai)(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)力(li)的(de)(de)(de)作用下,分(fen)別(bie)向(xiang)不同極(ji)性的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)運動,沉積在(zai)(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上(shang),而達到粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)和(he)氣(qi)(qi)體(ti)分(fen)離的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)由兩大部(bu)分組成(cheng):一(yi)部(bu)分是電(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)本體系統;另(ling)一(yi)部(bu)分是提供(gong)高(gao)壓直流電(dian)(dian)的供(gong)電(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)置和低(di)壓自動控(kong)(kong)制系統。電(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)的結構原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)1所示,高(gao)壓供(gong)電(dian)(dian)系統為升壓變壓器(qi)(qi)供(gong)電(dian)(dian),除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)極接(jie)地。低(di)壓電(dian)(dian)控(kong)(kong)制系統用來(lai)控(kong)(kong)制電(dian)(dian)磁振打(da)錘、卸灰電(dian)(dian)極、輸(shu)灰電(dian)(dian)極以及幾個部(bu)件的溫度。
