四種濕式電除塵器的對比分析
濕式靜電除塵器作為目前燃煤電廠污染物控制的精處理設備,在國內已受到了廣泛重視,并逐步得到推廣和使用。本文介紹了目前使用中的靜電除塵器(金屬極板濕式電除塵器、導電玻璃鋼極板濕式電除塵器、柔性極板濕式電除塵器、徑流濕式電除塵器)的技術特點和主要參數,為燃煤機組超低排放改造加裝濕式靜電除塵器提供參考。
1、引言進入新世紀(ji),隨著我(wo)(wo)國經(jing)濟的高速(su)發展,火電(dian)裝(zhuang)機容(rong)量仍在不(bu)斷(duan)增長。按中電(dian)聯《電(dian)力(li)行業節能環保信息》推算(suan),2015年,我(wo)(wo)國新增火電(dian)裝(zhuang)機容(rong)量約0.51億kW。根(gen)據電(dian)力(li)規劃(hua)設(she)計(ji)總院預測,到2020年,火(huo)電裝(zhuang)機容(rong)量將達到12.2億kW,新(xin)增裝(zhuang)機容(rong)量約為3億kW。火(huo)電廠的快速(su)發展(zhan)導致了(le)大氣環境(jing)的污染并引(yin)發了(le)公(gong)共環境(jing)及健康危機,
雖然(ran)采取一(yi)系(xi)列政策(ce),大力推(tui)動煤炭清潔(jie)利用與發展清(qing)潔能源,但由(you)于我國燃煤發電(dian)(dian)的基數較大,火電(dian)(dian)廠仍將(jiang)是大氣污(wu)染物的主要排(pai)放(fang)源之一,而降低排(pai)放(fang)強度的主要措施就是制定(ding)和實施更加嚴格的排(pai)放(fang)標準。
同時濕式電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器作(zuo)為(wei)燃煤電(dian)廠污染物(wu)控(kong)制(zhi)的(de)精處(chu)理技術(shu)(shu)設備,其(qi)處(chu)理對(dui)象為(wei)含大量游離水的(de)飽和濕煙氣,主(zhu)要去(qu)除(chu)(chu)粉塵(chen)(含石膏)、SO3、霧滴和有害氣體(ti),并(bing)(bing)可有效控(kong)制(zhi)PM2.5的(de)排(pai)放,本文介紹(shao)4種濕式電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器技術(shu)(shu),并(bing)(bing)從(cong)性(xing)能、可靠性(xing)及除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)效果等(deng)方面進行比較。
2、濕式電除塵器簡介濕式電除塵器(簡稱WESP),與干式電除塵器的除塵原理基本相同,先依靠高壓電暈放電使得粉塵荷電,荷電后的粉塵在電場力的作用下到達集塵板(或集塵管),再采用沖洗方式,使粉塵隨著沖刷液的流動而。在(zai)目前的濕(shi)除技術中(zhong)(zhong),主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)差別在(zai)于陽極板材(cai)質的選取(qu)及(ji)清灰(hui)(hui)技術。根據(ju)陽極材(cai)質的不同,主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)分(fen)為不銹鋼(gang)濕(shi)式(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)除塵器、導(dao)電(dian)(dian)玻(bo)璃鋼(gang)電(dian)(dian)極濕(shi)式(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)除塵器、柔性電(dian)(dian)極濕(shi)式(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)除塵器;根據(ju)清灰(hui)(hui)技術(即水膜(mo)的形成原理)不同,分(fen)為水膜(mo)自清灰(hui)(hui)技術和(he)水膜(mo)沖洗清灰(hui)(hui)技術,前者為間(jian)斷噴(pen)(pen)淋,靠(kao)煙氣中(zhong)(zhong)的水汽在(zai)陽極表面自凝結(jie)實(shi)現在(zai)線清灰(hui)(hui),后者為通(tong)過噴(pen)(pen)淋水在(zai)陽極表面形成水膜(mo)清灰(hui)(hui)。
3、濕式電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器性能(neng)對比3.1、金屬電(dian)極濕式電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器20世紀90年代(dai),為應(ying)對地方(fang)環保法規(gui)提出的(de)(de)對煙塵(chen)(chen)排放控(kong)制(zhi)的(de)(de)要求(qiu),日(ri)本三(san)菱公司研發并建(jian)成濕式電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器,用于燃(ran)煤電(dian)廠的(de)(de)煙塵(chen)(chen)治理(li)。
2006年(nian),專(zhuan)門針對PM2.5提出(chu)控制要求(qiu),在(zai)(zai)燃(ran)煤(mei)電(dian)(dian)廠安(an)裝濕(shi)(shi)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)除塵器。目前我國(guo)通過(guo)引進技(ji)術并(bing)優化設計,已掌握其核心技(ji)術。(1)金(jin)屬(shu)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)濕(shi)(shi)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)除塵器的技(ji)術特點(dian)如下(xia):1)大多采(cai)用(yong)(yong)臥(wo)式(shi)布置(zhi),氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流沿(yan)水平(ping)方向進出(chu),煙氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流速較(jiao)低(di)(流速在(zai)(zai)2.5m/s左右),能有(you)效(xiao)控制氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流帶出(chu)粉塵,提高(gao)PM2.5細微顆粒及氣(qi)(qi)(qi)溶膠(jiao)脫除效(xiao)率。2)陰(yin)陽極(ji)(ji)(ji)均平(ping)行(xing)(xing)于(yu)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)流方向布置(zhi),金(jin)屬(shu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)板采(cai)用(yong)(yong)懸(xuan)(xuan)掛方式(shi),極(ji)(ji)(ji)板通過(guo)懸(xuan)(xuan)掛梁固(gu)定于(yu)殼體(ti)中(zhong),電(dian)(dian)暈電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)框(kuang)架式(shi)結構,通過(guo)吊(diao)桿吊(diao)掛在(zai)(zai)殼體(ti)中(zhong)。這種安(an)裝方式(shi)由于(yu)陰(yin)陽極(ji)(ji)(ji)不易變形,極(ji)(ji)(ji)間距有(you)保證(zheng),故(gu)電(dian)(dian)場穩定性好,運行(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)壓高(gao)。3)耐高(gao)溫(wen),脫硫系統(tong)出(chu)現(xian)故(gu)障時,可以在(zai)(zai)較(jiao)高(gao)的煙氣(qi)(qi)(qi)溫(wen)度下(xia)運行(xing)(xing)。
(2)金屬電(dian)極(ji)濕式電(dian)除塵(chen)器存在的問題如下:
1)陽極(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)一般(ban)高(gao)度在8~10m左右,要形成(cheng)均(jun)勻的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)膜對陽極(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)(de)設計、制造(zao)、安(an)裝及維(wei)護(hu)有(you)嚴格的(de)(de)(de)要求(qiu),更換時難度較大(da)(da)。2)極(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)材(cai)質多采用(yong)(yong)316L,需(xu)要通過水(shui)(shui)膜保護(hu)以防腐蝕,一旦水(shui)(shui)膜保護(hu)出現失(shi)(shi)效,造(zao)成(cheng)極(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)腐蝕嚴重,甚至(zhi)喪失(shi)(shi)除(chu)塵效率。3)清灰方式采用(yong)(yong)在線(xian)單線(xian)連續噴(pen)(pen)淋工藝,需(xu)要設置專門的(de)(de)(de)水(shui)(shui)處理系統,噴(pen)(pen)淋水(shui)(shui)經NaOH水(shui)(shui)溶(rong)液(ye)中和后循環使用(yong)(yong),這種(zhong)清灰方式對于水(shui)(shui)耗、電耗、堿的(de)(de)(de)消耗較大(da)(da),對噴(pen)(pen)嘴性能要求(qiu)更高(gao)。根據各企(qi)業發布(bu)的(de)(de)(de)環境監測報告顯示,金(jin)屬電極(ji)濕式電除(chu)塵器粉(fen)塵去除(chu)率(粉(fen)塵+石膏):≥70%;SO3去除(chu)率:≥70%;霧滴含量:低于20mg/m3。目(mu)前(qian),浙江(jiang)嘉興三期2×1000MW機(ji)組、大(da)(da)唐黃島(dao)電廠670MW機(ji)組、神華國華舟山(shan)電廠350MW機(ji)組等都采用(yong)(yong)了金(jin)屬極(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)濕式電除(chu)塵器。
3.2、導電玻璃鋼濕式電除塵器導電玻璃鋼濕式電除塵技術來源于化工行業的濕式電除霧器,在化工、煤氣凈化等領域已經有幾十年的應用歷史,技術成熟。導電玻璃鋼(FiberReinforcedPlastics,FRP)是一種以樹脂為基體,碳纖維、玻璃纖維等為增強材料,通過成型工藝制成的高導復合材料。使用導電玻璃鋼作為收塵極可以采用管式或蜂窩狀形式(立式布置),也可采用板式形式(臥式布置),目前,以蜂窩狀結構居多。
(1)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)璃鋼(gang)濕式(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)技術特(te)點如下(xia):1)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)璃鋼(gang)具有(you)(you)重量(liang)(liang)輕、比(bi)強度(du)高(gao)(gao)、耐腐蝕等(deng)特(te)性(xing)(xing)。2)收(shou)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)極組(zu)(zu)件采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)工廠成型,實現(xian)整體(ti)模塊化,有(you)(you)利于保證安裝精度(du)。3)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)運行時,收(shou)集(ji)下(xia)來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)液滴(di)(di)在(zai)(zai)沉(chen)淀(dian)極表面形成液膜,由(you)于玻(bo)璃鋼(gang)具有(you)(you)很(hen)強的(de)(de)(de)疏水(shui)性(xing)(xing),能(neng)有(you)(you)效阻隔粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)和(he)石膏(gao)對(dui)沉(chen)淀(dian)極壁(bi)的(de)(de)(de)粘接(jie),靠重力(li)自流至下(xia)部(bu)集(ji)液槽。4)為防止少量(liang)(liang)煙(yan)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)(de)沉(chen)積,在(zai)(zai)沉(chen)淀(dian)極管上部(bu)設置一(yi)層間(jian)斷噴淋裝置,將濕式(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)分為多個(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場,當需要(yao)進行間(jian)斷沖洗(xi)時,控制系(xi)統自動(dong)停(ting)掉其中一(yi)個(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場或(huo)將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場降壓運行,沖洗(xi)結(jie)束后開(kai)啟該電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場。由(you)于耗水(shui)量(liang)(liang)較小,集(ji)液槽中的(de)(de)(de)收(shou)集(ji)液可返回(hui)脫硫塔內循(xun)環(huan)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)。(2)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)璃鋼(gang)濕式(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)存在(zai)(zai)的(de)(de)(de)問題如下(xia):1)煙(yan)氣流速在(zai)(zai)2.5m/s左(zuo)右(you)時,PM2.5細微顆粒(li)及(ji)氣溶膠脫除(chu)(chu)率高(gao)(gao),提(ti)高(gao)(gao)煙(yan)氣流速后,影(ying)響(xiang)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)。2)一(yi)般(ban)FRP不能(neng)在(zai)(zai)高(gao)(gao)溫下(xia)長期使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong),煙(yan)氣溫度(du)較高(gao)(gao)時對(dui)陽極板壽命有(you)(you)影(ying)響(xiang),嚴重時可能(neng)燒灼。FRP的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)壽命在(zai)(zai)10~15年左(zuo)右(you),與產品的(de)(de)(de)質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)及(ji)制作產品所用(yong)(yong)(yong)的(de)(de)(de)樹脂等(deng)原材料性(xing)(xing)能(neng)有(you)(you)關。3)如果出現(xian)部(bu)分導(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)璃鋼(gang)損(sun)壞,需要(yao)整個(ge)模塊更換,將大(da)大(da)增加維護(hu)費(fei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)和(he)難度(du)。根據各企業發布(bu)的(de)(de)(de)環(huan)境(jing)監測報告顯示,導(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)璃鋼(gang)濕式(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)去除(chu)(chu)率(粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)+石膏(gao)):≥70%;SO3去除(chu)(chu)率:≥70%;霧滴(di)(di)含(han)量(liang)(liang):低于25mg/m3。目(mu)前(qian),黃臺8號、9號2×300MW機(ji)組(zu)(zu)、上海石洞口(kou)300MW機(ji)組(zu)(zu)、蒙(meng)西300MW機(ji)組(zu)(zu)、白楊(yang)河兩臺300MW機(ji)組(zu)(zu)等(deng)都采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)了(le)導(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)璃鋼(gang)濕式(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)。
3.3、柔性電極濕式電除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)20世(shi)紀90年(nian)代末,俄(e)亥俄(e)州(zhou)立大學提出了柔性電極濕式電除塵技(ji)術的(de)概(gai)念,2003年Croll-Reynolds、FirstEnergy、SouthernEnvironmental公司和俄(e)亥(hai)俄(e)州立大學共同(tong)研究制(zhi)作出臺實驗裝置。濕式除塵器存在的問題,集中體現在集塵極材料和表面水膜分布不均勻引發的系列問題上,基于上述原因,我國早(zao)由山東大學和國電環(huan)保院共同研發,開始了柔性絕緣疏水纖維織(zhi)物用于濕式除塵(chen)器的(de)研究(jiu)工作,并于2012年(nian)在益陽(yang)300MW燃煤機組(zu)中完成工業(ye)化應用。官網(wang):goyd.cn通(tong)過相關(guan)資(zi)料(liao)顯(xian)示,耐(nai)腐(fu)蝕性優良的柔(rou)性絕緣疏水纖維織物(wu)通(tong)過潤濕使其導電(dian),可以形(xing)成水膜,并靠重力(li)自流(liu)向下與煙氣分離,柔(rou)性織物(wu)材料(liao)作為收塵極布(bu)置成方形(xing)孔(kong)道(立式(shi)布(bu)置),煙氣沿孔(kong)道流(liu)過。(1)柔(rou)性濕式(shi)電(dian)除(chu)塵器的技術特點如下:1)柔(rou)性陽有(you)(you)重量(liang)(liang)輕、防腐(fu)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)好的(de)(de)(de)(de)特點。2)柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)絕緣疏水纖(xian)維本身的(de)(de)(de)(de)結(jie)構特性(xing)(xing),有(you)(you)利于表面(mian)形(xing)成均勻(yun)水膜,利用從煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)中收集的(de)(de)(de)(de)酸液帶出灰,實(shi)現自清灰,沖(chong)洗水量(liang)(liang)小(xiao)。3)陽極(ji)部件(jian)可(ke)組裝拆卸,有(you)(you)利于后期的(de)(de)(de)(de)維護和更換。(2)柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)濕(shi)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器存在(zai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)問題如下:1)柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)陽極(ji)不耐高溫,煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)溫度(du)較(jiao)高時(shi),對陽極(ji)壽命有(you)(you)影(ying)響(xiang),嚴(yan)重時(shi)可(ke)能(neng)燒蝕,使用壽命6年左右。2)柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)纖(xian)維織(zhi)物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)伸縮(suo)率(lv)較(jiao)大,陽極(ji)布(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)張緊程度(du)和浸水后發生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)伸縮(suo)都會影(ying)響(xiang)實(shi)際(ji)的(de)(de)(de)(de)極(ji)間距,進而影(ying)響(xiang)到電(dian)(dian)場(chang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)穩定性(xing)(xing)、電(dian)(dian)壓的(de)(de)(de)(de)正(zheng)常(chang)運(yun)行。3)煙(yan)(yan)氣(qi)流速較(jiao)高,產生(sheng)氣(qi)流帶出,PM2.5細微顆粒及氣(qi)溶膠脫除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)率(lv)低(di)。性(xing)(xing)能(neng)結(jie)果表明:粉塵(chen)去(qu)(qu)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)率(lv)(含石(shi)膏):≥70%;SO3去(qu)(qu)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)率(lv):≥70%;霧滴含量(liang)(liang):低(di)于20mg/m3。目前,國電(dian)(dian)益(yi)陽發電(dian)(dian)有(you)(you)限公司300MW機組,國電(dian)(dian)滎陽煤(mei)電(dian)(dian)一(yi)體(ti)化有(you)(you)限公司一(yi)期600MW機組采(cai)用了(le)柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)濕(shi)式(shi)靜電(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)技(ji)術。
3.4、徑流濕(shi)式(shi)(shi)電(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)徑流濕(shi)式(shi)(shi)電(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)是北京(jing)華能達(da)公司自(zi)主(zhu)研(yan)發的(de)(de)具有(you)自(zi)主(zhu)知識產權的(de)(de)除塵(chen)(chen)技術。與上述濕(shi)式(shi)(shi)靜電(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)結(jie)構不(bu)同(tong),該(gai)結(jie)構布置是將收塵(chen)(chen)陽(yang)(yang)極(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)垂直(zhi)于氣(qi)流方向(xiang),使電(dian)場力(li)與引(yin)風(feng)力(li)的(de)(de)方向(xiang)在(zai)同(tong)一水(shui)平線上,粉塵(chen)(chen)顆(ke)粒在(zai)引(yin)風(feng)力(li)與電(dian)場力(li)的(de)(de)共(gong)同(tong)作用(yong)下,在(zai)新(xin)型(xing)陽(yang)(yang)極(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)上完成(cheng)捕集。裝(zhuang)置主(zhu)要由殼體、分(fen)布板(ban)(ban)(ban)、陽(yang)(yang)極(ji)(ji)裝(zhuang)置、陰極(ji)(ji)裝(zhuang)置、噴(pen)淋(lin)系統、熱風(feng)系統和(he)供電(dian)電(dian)源等(deng)組成(cheng)。(1)徑流濕(shi)式(shi)(shi)電(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)技術特點(dian)如下:1)與煙氣(qi)接觸部(bu)位全部(bu)采用(yong)2205雙相(xiang)(xiang)不(bu)銹鋼材質,具有(you)強度高、耐(nai)高溫、耐(nai)腐蝕(shi)(尤其對氯離子和(he)硫化物的(de)(de)應力(li)腐蝕(shi))等(deng)特性,使用(yong)壽命能夠達(da)到30年。2)新(xin)型(xing)陽(yang)(yang)極(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)通(tong)孔率(lv)達(da)到98%以(yi)上,其幾(ji)乎全通(tong)透的(de)(de)結(jie)構大大降低了徑流式(shi)(shi)濕(shi)式(shi)(shi)除塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)運行阻力(li),并且和(he)普通(tong)的(de)(de)陽(yang)(yang)極(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)相(xiang)(xiang)比,相(xiang)(xiang)同(tong)體積(ji)下新(xin)型(xing)陽(yang)(yang)極(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)(ban)具有(you)的(de)(de)集塵面(mian)積,相當于普通(tong)陽極板的(de)(de)20倍。3)陽極系統(tong)(tong)采(cai)用旋(xuan)轉電(dian)(dian)(dian)極設計,在(zai)旋(xuan)轉電(dian)(dian)(dian)極下(xia)(xia)部設立獨立的(de)(de)清(qing)洗室,由高(gao)壓(ya)噴(pen)嘴在(zai)旋(xuan)轉電(dian)(dian)(dian)極內部向外沖洗網(wang)板,清(qing)洗網(wang)板后的(de)(de)污(wu)水通(tong)過排水泵和(he)排污(wu)管道送入(ru)脫硫塔補水。在(zai)工程運行中,利用壓(ya)差監(jian)測(ce),實現在(zai)線噴(pen)淋,無水循環系統(tong)(tong),故耗(hao)水、耗(hao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)小。(2)徑流濕式電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器(qi)存在(zai)的(de)(de)問題(ti)如下(xia)(xia):1)由于接觸(chu)煙(yan)氣的(de)(de)部件全部采(cai)用2205雙相不銹鋼,前期成本(ben)投入(ru)較高(gao)。
