靜電除塵器的(de)工作原理是利用高壓電(dian)(dian)場(chang)使煙(yan)氣發生電(dian)(dian)離(li),氣流中的(de)粉塵荷電(dian)(dian)在電(dian)(dian)場(chang)作用下與(yu)氣流分離(li)。負極(ji)由不同斷面形狀的(de)金屬導線制成(cheng),叫放(fang)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)(de)性能受粉(fen)塵性質(zhi)、設備構造(zao)和(he)(he)煙氣(qi)流(liu)速(su)等三個因(yin)素的(de)(de)影響。粉(fen)塵的(de)(de)比(bi)(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻是評價導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性的(de)(de)指標,它對除塵效率(lv)(lv)有直接的(de)(de)影響。比(bi)(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過低,塵粒難以保持在(zai)集塵電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極上,致(zhi)使其重返氣(qi)流(liu)。比(bi)(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過高(gao),到達(da)集塵電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極的(de)(de)塵粒電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷不易放出,在(zai)塵層之間形成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓梯度會(hui)產(chan)生局部擊穿和(he)(he)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)現(xian)象。這些情況都會(hui)造(zao)成除塵效率(lv)(lv)下降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運(yun)行電壓需保持40一75kV乃至100kV以上。
工作原理
電(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵器的(de)基本原理(li)(li)是利(li)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)力捕集煙(yan)氣中的(de)粉(fen)塵,主要包括以下四個相(xiang)互有關的(de)物理(li)(li)過程:(1)氣體的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)離。(2)粉(fen)塵的(de)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。(3)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵向電(dian)(dian)(dian)極移動。(4)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵的(de)捕集。
荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)捕(bu)集過(guo)程(cheng):在(zai)兩個曲率半徑(jing)相差較(jiao)大的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)金屬陽極(ji)和(he)陰(yin)(yin)極(ji)上,通過(guo)高(gao)壓直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),維持一個足以(yi)使氣(qi)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場,氣(qi)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離后(hou)所產生的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子:陰(yin)(yin)離子和(he)陽離子,吸(xi)附(fu)在(zai)通過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)上,使粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)獲得電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)。荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)性不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場力的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)作用下(xia),分(fen)別向不(bu)同極(ji)性的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)運動,沉積在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上,而達(da)到(dao)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)和(he)氣(qi)體分(fen)離的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)由(you)兩大部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)組(zu)成:一部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)本體系統;另一部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)是提供高(gao)壓(ya)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置(zhi)和低壓(ya)自動(dong)控制(zhi)(zhi)系統。電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)結構原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)1所示,高(gao)壓(ya)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統為(wei)升壓(ya)變壓(ya)器(qi)供電(dian)(dian)(dian),除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)集(ji)塵(chen)(chen)極接(jie)地(di)。低壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)控制(zhi)(zhi)系統用來控制(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁振打錘、卸灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)極、輸(shu)灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)極以及(ji)幾(ji)個部(bu)(bu)(bu)件的(de)(de)溫度。
