靜電除塵器的工(gong)作原理是利用高壓電場使(shi)煙(yan)氣發(fa)生電離(li),氣流中(zhong)的粉(fen)塵荷電在電場作用下與氣流分離(li)。負(fu)極由不同斷面形狀的金屬導線制(zhi)成,叫放電電極。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)性(xing)能受粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)性(xing)質、設(she)備構(gou)造和煙氣(qi)流速等三個(ge)因素的(de)影響。粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)的(de)比電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻是(shi)評價導電(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)的(de)指(zhi)標,它(ta)對(dui)除塵(chen)(chen)效率有直接(jie)的(de)影響。比電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過(guo)低,塵(chen)(chen)粒難以(yi)保持在(zai)集塵(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極上,致使其(qi)重返氣(qi)流。比電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過(guo)高,到達集塵(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極的(de)塵(chen)(chen)粒電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷不易放出,在(zai)塵(chen)(chen)層之(zhi)間形成電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓梯度(du)會(hui)產生局部擊穿和放電(dian)(dian)(dian)現象。這(zhe)些情況都會(hui)造成除塵(chen)(chen)效率下(xia)降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運(yun)行電壓需保持40一75kV乃至(zhi)100kV以上。
工作原理
電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器的(de)基本原(yuan)理是利用電(dian)(dian)力捕集煙氣中的(de)粉(fen)塵(chen),主(zhu)要包括以下四個(ge)相互有關的(de)物理過程:(1)氣體的(de)電(dian)(dian)離。(2)粉(fen)塵(chen)的(de)荷(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)。(3)荷(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)極移動。(4)荷(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)的(de)捕集。
荷電(dian)(dian)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)的(de)捕(bu)集過程:在(zai)兩個曲率半(ban)徑相差較大的(de)金屬(shu)陽(yang)極(ji)和(he)陰極(ji)上,通(tong)過高(gao)壓直流電(dian)(dian),維(wei)持一個足以(yi)使氣體電(dian)(dian)離(li)的(de)電(dian)(dian)場,氣體電(dian)(dian)離(li)后所產生的(de)電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi):陰離(li)子(zi)(zi)和(he)陽(yang)離(li)子(zi)(zi),吸附(fu)在(zai)通(tong)過電(dian)(dian)場的(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)上,使粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)獲得電(dian)(dian)荷。荷電(dian)(dian)極(ji)性不同的(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)場力(li)的(de)作(zuo)用下,分(fen)別向不同極(ji)性的(de)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)運動(dong),沉積在(zai)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)上,而達到粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)和(he)氣體分(fen)離(li)的(de)目(mu)的(de)。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器由(you)兩大部(bu)分(fen)組(zu)成:一(yi)部(bu)分(fen)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器本體系(xi)統(tong)(tong);另(ling)一(yi)部(bu)分(fen)是提(ti)供(gong)高壓(ya)(ya)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置(zhi)和(he)低壓(ya)(ya)自(zi)動控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器的結構原(yuan)理圖如圖1所示,高壓(ya)(ya)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)為升壓(ya)(ya)變壓(ya)(ya)器供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),除(chu)塵(chen)器集(ji)塵(chen)極(ji)接地。低壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)用來控制(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁振打錘、卸灰(hui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)、輸(shu)灰(hui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)以及幾(ji)個(ge)部(bu)件的溫度。
