靜電除塵器的(de)工作原理是利(li)用(yong)高壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)場使煙(yan)氣發生電(dian)(dian)(dian)離,氣流(liu)中的(de)粉塵荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場作用(yong)下與氣流(liu)分離。負極(ji)(ji)由不同斷面形狀的(de)金屬(shu)導線制成(cheng),叫放電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的性(xing)(xing)能受粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)性(xing)(xing)質、設備(bei)構造和煙氣流(liu)速(su)等三個因素的影響(xiang)。粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)的比電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻是(shi)評(ping)價(jia)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)(xing)的指標,它對除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效率(lv)有直接的影響(xiang)。比電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過低,塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)難(nan)以保持(chi)在集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極上(shang),致(zhi)使其重返氣流(liu)。比電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過高(gao),到達集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極的塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)不易(yi)放(fang)出,在塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)層之(zhi)間形成電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓梯(ti)度會產生(sheng)局(ju)部擊(ji)穿和放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)現象。這(zhe)些情況(kuang)都會造成除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效率(lv)下降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運行(xing)電壓需保持40一75kV乃至100kV以上。
工作原理
電(dian)(dian)除塵器的(de)基本原理是利用電(dian)(dian)力(li)捕集煙氣中(zhong)的(de)粉塵,主要包括以下四個相(xiang)互(hu)有關的(de)物理過程:(1)氣體的(de)電(dian)(dian)離(li)。(2)粉塵的(de)荷電(dian)(dian)。(3)荷電(dian)(dian)粉塵向電(dian)(dian)極移動。(4)荷電(dian)(dian)粉塵的(de)捕集。
荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)(de)捕集過程(cheng):在(zai)兩(liang)個(ge)曲率半(ban)徑相差較大的(de)(de)(de)金屬陽極(ji)(ji)和陰極(ji)(ji)上,通(tong)過高壓直流電(dian)(dian)(dian),維持一個(ge)足以使氣(qi)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang),氣(qi)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)后所產生的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子:陰離(li)子和陽離(li)子,吸附在(zai)通(tong)過電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)上,使粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)獲得電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷。荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)性不(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)(chang)力的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用下,分別向不(bu)同極(ji)(ji)性的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)運動(dong),沉積在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)上,而達到(dao)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)和氣(qi)體分離(li)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵器(qi)由兩(liang)大部(bu)分(fen)組(zu)成(cheng):一部(bu)分(fen)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵器(qi)本體系(xi)統;另一部(bu)分(fen)是(shi)提(ti)供(gong)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置(zhi)和低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統。電(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵器(qi)的(de)(de)結構(gou)原理圖如圖1所示,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統為(wei)升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),除塵器(qi)集塵極(ji)接(jie)地。低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統用來控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁振打錘(chui)、卸灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)、輸灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)以及幾個部(bu)件(jian)的(de)(de)溫度。
