靜電除塵器的工作(zuo)原(yuan)理是利(li)用高壓電(dian)(dian)場(chang)使煙氣發(fa)生電(dian)(dian)離,氣流(liu)中(zhong)的粉塵荷(he)電(dian)(dian)在電(dian)(dian)場(chang)作(zuo)用下與氣流(liu)分離。負極由(you)不(bu)同(tong)斷面形狀的金屬導(dao)線制成(cheng),叫(jiao)放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)極。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的性能受(shou)粉(fen)塵性質、設備構造和煙氣(qi)流速等(deng)三個因素的影響。粉(fen)塵的比電(dian)阻是評價(jia)導電(dian)性的指標,它對除塵效(xiao)率有直接的影響。比電(dian)阻過低,塵粒難以保(bao)持在(zai)集(ji)塵電(dian)極上(shang),致使其重返氣(qi)流。比電(dian)阻過高,到達集(ji)塵電(dian)極的塵粒電(dian)荷不易(yi)放出,在(zai)塵層(ceng)之間形成(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)壓(ya)梯度會產生(sheng)局部擊穿和放電(dian)現象。這(zhe)些情況都會造成(cheng)(cheng)除塵效(xiao)率下降(jiang)。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運(yun)行電壓需保持(chi)40一75kV乃至100kV以上(shang)。
工作原理
電(dian)(dian)除塵器(qi)的(de)基(ji)本原理是利用(yong)電(dian)(dian)力(li)捕(bu)集(ji)煙氣中的(de)粉(fen)塵,主要包(bao)括以下四個相互有關的(de)物理過程:(1)氣體的(de)電(dian)(dian)離。(2)粉(fen)塵的(de)荷電(dian)(dian)。(3)荷電(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵向電(dian)(dian)極移(yi)動。(4)荷電(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵的(de)捕(bu)集(ji)。
荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)(chen)的(de)捕集過(guo)(guo)程(cheng):在(zai)兩個(ge)曲率(lv)半徑(jing)相差較大的(de)金屬陽極和陰(yin)極上,通(tong)過(guo)(guo)高壓(ya)直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian),維持(chi)一個(ge)足以使(shi)氣體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)(li)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場,氣體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)(li)后所產生的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi):陰(yin)離(li)(li)子(zi)和陽離(li)(li)子(zi),吸附在(zai)通(tong)過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場的(de)粉塵(chen)(chen)上,使(shi)粉塵(chen)(chen)獲得電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷。荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)極性不(bu)同的(de)粉塵(chen)(chen)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場力的(de)作用下,分別向不(bu)同極性的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極運動,沉積在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極上,而達到(dao)粉塵(chen)(chen)和氣體(ti)分離(li)(li)的(de)目(mu)的(de)。
基本結構
靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器(qi)由兩大部(bu)分組成(cheng):一部(bu)分是(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器(qi)本體系統(tong);另一部(bu)分是(shi)(shi)提供高壓直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)的供電(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)置和低(di)壓自動(dong)控制系統(tong)。電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器(qi)的結構(gou)原理圖如圖1所示,高壓供電(dian)(dian)系統(tong)為升壓變(bian)壓器(qi)供電(dian)(dian),除(chu)塵器(qi)集塵極接(jie)地。低(di)壓電(dian)(dian)控制系統(tong)用(yong)來(lai)控制電(dian)(dian)磁振打錘、卸灰電(dian)(dian)極、輸(shu)灰電(dian)(dian)極以及幾(ji)個部(bu)件的溫度。
