靜電除塵器的(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)原理是利(li)用高(gao)壓電(dian)場(chang)使煙氣發(fa)生電(dian)離,氣流(liu)中的(de)(de)(de)粉塵荷電(dian)在電(dian)場(chang)作(zuo)用下與氣流(liu)分離。負極(ji)由不同(tong)斷面形狀(zhuang)的(de)(de)(de)金屬導線制成,叫放電(dian)電(dian)極(ji)。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)(de)(de)性(xing)能受粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)性(xing)質、設備構造和煙(yan)氣(qi)流速等三個因素(su)的(de)(de)(de)影響。粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)(de)比電阻是評價導電性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)指標,它對除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效率有(you)直(zhi)接的(de)(de)(de)影響。比電阻過(guo)低,塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒難(nan)以保持在集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)電極(ji)上(shang),致使其重返氣(qi)流。比電阻過(guo)高,到(dao)達集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)電極(ji)的(de)(de)(de)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒電荷不易放出(chu),在塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)層(ceng)之間形成(cheng)電壓梯(ti)度(du)會(hui)產(chan)生局部擊(ji)穿和放電現象。這些情況(kuang)都(dou)會(hui)造成(cheng)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效率下降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運行電壓需保持40一75kV乃至100kV以上。
工作原理
電(dian)(dian)除塵器(qi)的(de)(de)基本原理是利(li)用電(dian)(dian)力捕集(ji)煙氣中(zhong)的(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵,主要包括以下四個相互有關的(de)(de)物理過(guo)程:(1)氣體(ti)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)離。(2)粉(fen)(fen)塵的(de)(de)荷電(dian)(dian)。(3)荷電(dian)(dian)粉(fen)(fen)塵向電(dian)(dian)極移(yi)動。(4)荷電(dian)(dian)粉(fen)(fen)塵的(de)(de)捕集(ji)。
荷(he)電(dian)(dian)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)的(de)(de)(de)捕集(ji)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng):在(zai)(zai)兩(liang)個(ge)曲(qu)率半徑相差較大的(de)(de)(de)金(jin)屬陽極(ji)和陰極(ji)上(shang),通過(guo)(guo)高(gao)壓直流電(dian)(dian),維持一個(ge)足以使氣體(ti)電(dian)(dian)離(li)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)場,氣體(ti)電(dian)(dian)離(li)后(hou)所產生的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)子(zi):陰離(li)子(zi)和陽離(li)子(zi),吸附在(zai)(zai)通過(guo)(guo)電(dian)(dian)場的(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)上(shang),使粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)獲(huo)得電(dian)(dian)荷(he)。荷(he)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)性不(bu)(bu)同的(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)場力的(de)(de)(de)作用下,分別向不(bu)(bu)同極(ji)性的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)運動,沉積在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)上(shang),而達到粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)和氣體(ti)分離(li)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器由兩大部(bu)分(fen)組(zu)成:一部(bu)分(fen)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器本體(ti)系(xi)統;另一部(bu)分(fen)是提(ti)供(gong)(gong)高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)的供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置和低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)自動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統。電(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器的結(jie)構原(yuan)理(li)圖如圖1所(suo)示,高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統為升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),除塵(chen)器集塵(chen)極接地。低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統用來控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁振(zhen)打錘、卸灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)極、輸灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)極以及(ji)幾個部(bu)件的溫度(du)。
