靜電除塵器的(de)工作(zuo)原理是(shi)利用(yong)高壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場使煙氣發生電(dian)(dian)(dian)離,氣流(liu)中(zhong)的(de)粉塵(chen)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場作(zuo)用(yong)下與氣流(liu)分離。負極(ji)由不同(tong)斷面形狀的(de)金屬導線制成,叫放電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)性能受粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)性質、設備(bei)構造和(he)煙氣流速等三個(ge)因素的(de)影響。粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)比電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)是(shi)評價導電(dian)(dian)(dian)性的(de)指標,它對除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效率(lv)有直接的(de)影響。比電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)過(guo)低,塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)難以保(bao)持(chi)在(zai)集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極上,致使其重返氣流。比電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)過(guo)高,到達集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極的(de)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷不(bu)易(yi)放(fang)出,在(zai)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)層之間形成電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓梯度會產生局(ju)部擊穿和(he)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)現象。這些情況都會造成除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效率(lv)下降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運行電壓需保持40一75kV乃至100kV以上。
工作原理
電(dian)除塵(chen)器的(de)基本原理是利(li)用(yong)電(dian)力捕(bu)集煙(yan)氣(qi)中的(de)粉(fen)塵(chen),主要包括(kuo)以下(xia)四個相互(hu)有(you)關(guan)的(de)物(wu)理過程:(1)氣(qi)體的(de)電(dian)離。(2)粉(fen)塵(chen)的(de)荷電(dian)。(3)荷電(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)向電(dian)極移動。(4)荷電(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)的(de)捕(bu)集。
荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵的(de)(de)捕集過程:在(zai)兩個曲率半(ban)徑相差較(jiao)大的(de)(de)金屬陽(yang)(yang)極(ji)和陰(yin)極(ji)上,通過高(gao)壓直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),維持(chi)一個足以使(shi)氣(qi)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場,氣(qi)體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)(li)(li)后所產生的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子:陰(yin)離(li)(li)(li)子和陽(yang)(yang)離(li)(li)(li)子,吸附在(zai)通過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵上,使(shi)粉(fen)塵獲得電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)。荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)性(xing)不(bu)同的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場力的(de)(de)作用下,分別向不(bu)同極(ji)性(xing)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)運動,沉積在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上,而達到(dao)粉(fen)塵和氣(qi)體分離(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)由兩大部分組成(cheng):一(yi)部分是電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)本(ben)體系統;另一(yi)部分是提供高壓(ya)(ya)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)和(he)低壓(ya)(ya)自動控(kong)制系統。電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)結構原理(li)圖如圖1所示,高壓(ya)(ya)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統為升壓(ya)(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)供電(dian)(dian)(dian),除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)集塵(chen)極接(jie)地。低壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)制系統用來(lai)控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁振打錘(chui)、卸(xie)灰(hui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極、輸灰(hui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極以及幾個部件的(de)溫(wen)度(du)。
