四種濕式電除塵器的對比分析
濕式靜電除塵器作為目前燃煤電廠污染物控制的精處理設備,在國內已受到了廣泛重視,并逐步得到推廣和使用。本文介紹了目前使用中的靜電除塵器(金屬極板濕式電除塵器、導電玻璃鋼極板濕式電除塵器、柔性極板濕式電除塵器、徑流濕式電除塵器)的技術特點和主要參數,為燃煤機組超低排放改造加裝濕式靜電除塵器提供參考。
1、引言進入新世紀,隨著我國經濟的高速(su)發展,火電(dian)裝機容量(liang)(liang)仍在不斷增(zeng)長。按(an)中(zhong)電(dian)聯《電(dian)力(li)行業節能環(huan)保信息(xi)》推(tui)算,2015年(nian),我國新增(zeng)火電(dian)裝機容量(liang)(liang)約(yue)0.51億kW。根據電(dian)力(li)規(gui)劃(hua)設計總院預測,到(dao)2020年(nian),火電裝機(ji)容(rong)量將(jiang)達(da)到12.2億kW,新增裝機(ji)容(rong)量約(yue)為3億kW。火電廠的快速發展(zhan)導致了大氣環境的污染(ran)并引發了公共環境及健康危機(ji),
雖然采(cai)取一系列(lie)政策,大力推動煤炭清潔利用與發展清潔能(neng)源,但由(you)于我(wo)國(guo)燃(ran)煤發電(dian)的(de)基數較大(da),火電(dian)廠仍將是大(da)氣(qi)污(wu)染(ran)物的(de)主(zhu)要排(pai)放(fang)(fang)源之一,而降低(di)排(pai)放(fang)(fang)強(qiang)度(du)的(de)主(zhu)要措施就是制定(ding)和(he)實施更加(jia)嚴格的(de)排(pai)放(fang)(fang)標準。
同(tong)時濕(shi)式(shi)電除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)作為燃煤電廠污染物控制的精處理技術設備(bei),其處理對象(xiang)為含(han)(han)大量游離水的飽和(he)(he)濕(shi)煙氣(qi),主(zhu)要去除(chu)粉(fen)塵(chen)(含(han)(han)石膏(gao))、SO3、霧滴和(he)(he)有害氣(qi)體,并可有效控制PM2.5的排放,本文介紹4種(zhong)濕(shi)式(shi)電除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)技術,并從性能、可靠性及除(chu)塵(chen)效果等方面(mian)進行比(bi)較(jiao)。
2、濕式電除塵器簡介濕式電除塵器(簡稱WESP),與干式電除塵器的除塵原理基本相同,先依靠高壓電暈放電使得粉塵荷電,荷電后的粉塵在電場力的作用下到達集塵板(或集塵管),再采用沖洗方式,使粉塵隨著沖刷液的流動而。在(zai)目(mu)前的濕除(chu)(chu)技(ji)(ji)術中,主要(yao)差別在(zai)于陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)板材質的選取及清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)技(ji)(ji)術。根據陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)材質的不(bu)同,主要(yao)分為(wei)(wei)不(bu)銹鋼濕式電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)、導電(dian)玻璃鋼電(dian)極(ji)(ji)濕式電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)、柔性電(dian)極(ji)(ji)濕式電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi);根據清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)技(ji)(ji)術(即水(shui)(shui)膜(mo)的形成原理(li))不(bu)同,分為(wei)(wei)水(shui)(shui)膜(mo)自清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)技(ji)(ji)術和(he)水(shui)(shui)膜(mo)沖洗清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)技(ji)(ji)術,前者為(wei)(wei)間斷(duan)噴淋,靠煙氣中的水(shui)(shui)汽在(zai)陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)表面(mian)自凝結實(shi)現(xian)在(zai)線清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui),后(hou)者為(wei)(wei)通過噴淋水(shui)(shui)在(zai)陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)表面(mian)形成水(shui)(shui)膜(mo)清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)(hui)。
3、濕(shi)(shi)式電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器性能對(dui)比3.1、金屬電(dian)極濕(shi)(shi)式電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器20世紀90年(nian)代,為應對(dui)地方(fang)環保法規(gui)提(ti)出(chu)的對(dui)煙(yan)塵(chen)(chen)排(pai)放控(kong)制的要求,日本(ben)三菱公司研發并建成濕(shi)(shi)式電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器,用(yong)于燃煤電(dian)廠的煙(yan)塵(chen)(chen)治理(li)。
2006年,專門針對PM2.5提出控制要求,在(zai)(zai)(zai)燃煤電(dian)(dian)廠(chang)安裝(zhuang)濕式(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)除塵器。目前我國通(tong)過引進技術并優化設(she)計(ji),已掌(zhang)握其核心技術。(1)金(jin)屬(shu)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)濕式(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)除塵器的技術特點如下(xia)(xia):1)大多采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)臥式(shi)(shi)布(bu)置,氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)沿水平(ping)方向進出,煙氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)速(su)較低(流(liu)(liu)速(su)在(zai)(zai)(zai)2.5m/s左右(you)),能(neng)有效(xiao)(xiao)控制氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)帶出粉塵,提高(gao)(gao)PM2.5細(xi)微(wei)顆粒及(ji)氣(qi)溶(rong)膠脫(tuo)除效(xiao)(xiao)率。2)陰(yin)陽極(ji)均平(ping)行(xing)于氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)方向布(bu)置,金(jin)屬(shu)極(ji)板(ban)采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)懸掛(gua)方式(shi)(shi),極(ji)板(ban)通(tong)過懸掛(gua)梁(liang)固定(ding)于殼(ke)體(ti)中,電(dian)(dian)暈電(dian)(dian)極(ji)采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)框架式(shi)(shi)結構,通(tong)過吊桿(gan)吊掛(gua)在(zai)(zai)(zai)殼(ke)體(ti)中。這種安裝(zhuang)方式(shi)(shi)由于陰(yin)陽極(ji)不易變形,極(ji)間距有保(bao)證,故(gu)電(dian)(dian)場穩定(ding)性(xing)好,運行(xing)電(dian)(dian)壓高(gao)(gao)。3)耐高(gao)(gao)溫,脫(tuo)硫系統出現故(gu)障時(shi),可以在(zai)(zai)(zai)較高(gao)(gao)的煙氣(qi)溫度下(xia)(xia)運行(xing)。
(2)金屬電(dian)(dian)極濕式電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器存在的問題如下:
1)陽極(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)一般高(gao)度在(zai)8~10m左右,要(yao)(yao)形(xing)成均(jun)勻的(de)水(shui)膜對陽極(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)的(de)設(she)計、制造、安裝及(ji)維護(hu)有(you)嚴格的(de)要(yao)(yao)求,更(geng)換時(shi)難度較大。2)極(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)材質多采用(yong)316L,需(xu)要(yao)(yao)通過水(shui)膜保護(hu)以防腐(fu)蝕(shi),一旦(dan)水(shui)膜保護(hu)出現失效,造成極(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)腐(fu)蝕(shi)嚴重,甚(shen)至喪失除塵(chen)效率(lv)。3)清(qing)灰方式采用(yong)在(zai)線單(dan)線連(lian)續噴淋工藝,需(xu)要(yao)(yao)設(she)置專門的(de)水(shui)處理系(xi)統,噴淋水(shui)經NaOH水(shui)溶(rong)液中(zhong)和后循環使用(yong),這(zhe)種清(qing)灰方式對于(yu)水(shui)耗(hao)(hao)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)耗(hao)(hao)、堿(jian)的(de)消耗(hao)(hao)較大,對噴嘴(zui)性(xing)能要(yao)(yao)求更(geng)高(gao)。根(gen)據各(ge)企業(ye)發布(bu)的(de)環境監測報(bao)告顯示(shi),金(jin)屬電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)濕(shi)(shi)式電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器(qi)粉塵(chen)去除率(lv)(粉塵(chen)+石(shi)膏):≥70%;SO3去除率(lv):≥70%;霧(wu)滴含量(liang):低于(yu)20mg/m3。目前,浙(zhe)江嘉(jia)興三期2×1000MW機組、大唐黃島電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠670MW機組、神華(hua)國華(hua)舟山電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)廠350MW機組等(deng)都采用(yong)了金(jin)屬極(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)濕(shi)(shi)式電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器(qi)。
3.2、導電玻璃鋼濕式電除塵器導電玻璃鋼濕式電除塵技術來源于化工行業的濕式電除霧器,在化工、煤氣凈化等領域已經有幾十年的應用歷史,技術成熟。導電玻璃鋼(FiberReinforcedPlastics,FRP)是一種以樹脂為基體,碳纖維、玻璃纖維等為增強材料,通過成型工藝制成的高導復合材料。使用導電玻璃鋼作為收塵極可以采用管式或蜂窩狀形式(立式布置),也可采用板式形式(臥式布置),目前,以蜂窩狀結構居多。
(1)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)鋼(gang)(gang)濕(shi)式電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵器的(de)(de)(de)(de)技術特點(dian)如(ru)(ru)下(xia)(xia):1)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)鋼(gang)(gang)具有(you)重量(liang)輕(qing)、比強度(du)高、耐(nai)腐蝕等特性(xing)。2)收(shou)塵極(ji)(ji)組(zu)件采用(yong)工廠(chang)成(cheng)型(xing),實現整體模塊(kuai)化,有(you)利于(yu)保證安(an)裝(zhuang)精度(du)。3)除塵器運(yun)行時(shi),收(shou)集下(xia)(xia)來的(de)(de)(de)(de)液(ye)滴(di)在(zai)(zai)(zai)沉淀極(ji)(ji)表面形(xing)成(cheng)液(ye)膜(mo),由于(yu)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)鋼(gang)(gang)具有(you)很強的(de)(de)(de)(de)疏水(shui)性(xing),能(neng)有(you)效(xiao)阻隔粉塵和石膏(gao)對(dui)沉淀極(ji)(ji)壁的(de)(de)(de)(de)粘接,靠重力自(zi)流(liu)至下(xia)(xia)部集液(ye)槽。4)為防(fang)止少(shao)量(liang)煙(yan)塵的(de)(de)(de)(de)沉積,在(zai)(zai)(zai)沉淀極(ji)(ji)管上部設置一(yi)層(ceng)間(jian)斷噴淋裝(zhuang)置,將(jiang)(jiang)濕(shi)式電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵器分(fen)為多(duo)個(ge)(ge)(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang),當需要(yao)進(jin)行間(jian)斷沖(chong)洗(xi)時(shi),控制系統(tong)自(zi)動停掉其中一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)或將(jiang)(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)降壓運(yun)行,沖(chong)洗(xi)結束后開啟該電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)。由于(yu)耗(hao)水(shui)量(liang)較小,集液(ye)槽中的(de)(de)(de)(de)收(shou)集液(ye)可(ke)(ke)返回脫硫塔(ta)內(nei)循(xun)環(huan)使(shi)用(yong)。(2)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)鋼(gang)(gang)濕(shi)式電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵器存在(zai)(zai)(zai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)問題(ti)如(ru)(ru)下(xia)(xia):1)煙(yan)氣(qi)流(liu)速(su)在(zai)(zai)(zai)2.5m/s左右時(shi),PM2.5細微顆粒(li)及(ji)(ji)氣(qi)溶(rong)膠脫除率(lv)高,提(ti)高煙(yan)氣(qi)流(liu)速(su)后,影響(xiang)除塵性(xing)能(neng)。2)一(yi)般FRP不能(neng)在(zai)(zai)(zai)高溫下(xia)(xia)長期使(shi)用(yong),煙(yan)氣(qi)溫度(du)較高時(shi)對(dui)陽極(ji)(ji)板壽命有(you)影響(xiang),嚴重時(shi)可(ke)(ke)能(neng)燒灼。FRP的(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)壽命在(zai)(zai)(zai)10~15年左右,與產(chan)品(pin)(pin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)質量(liang)及(ji)(ji)制作產(chan)品(pin)(pin)所用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)樹脂等原材料性(xing)能(neng)有(you)關。3)如(ru)(ru)果出現部分(fen)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)鋼(gang)(gang)損壞,需要(yao)整個(ge)(ge)(ge)模塊(kuai)更換(huan),將(jiang)(jiang)大大增加維護費用(yong)和難度(du)。根據各企業發布的(de)(de)(de)(de)環(huan)境(jing)監測報告顯示,導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)鋼(gang)(gang)濕(shi)式電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵器粉塵去(qu)除率(lv)(粉塵+石膏(gao)):≥70%;SO3去(qu)除率(lv):≥70%;霧滴(di)含量(liang):低于(yu)25mg/m3。目前,黃臺(tai)8號、9號2×300MW機(ji)組(zu)、上海石洞(dong)口300MW機(ji)組(zu)、蒙西300MW機(ji)組(zu)、白楊(yang)河兩臺(tai)300MW機(ji)組(zu)等都采用(yong)了導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)鋼(gang)(gang)濕(shi)式電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵器。
3.3、柔性電(dian)極濕式電(dian)除塵器(qi)20世紀90年代末,俄亥俄州立(li)大(da)學提出了柔性電(dian)極濕式電(dian)除塵技術的概念,2003年Croll-Reynolds、FirstEnergy、SouthernEnvironmental公(gong)司和俄亥俄州立大學共同(tong)研究制作出臺實驗裝置。濕式除塵器存在的問題,集中體現在集塵極材料和表面水膜分布不均勻引發的系列問題上,基于上述原因,我國早由山東大學和國電環保院共(gong)同(tong)研(yan)(yan)發,開始了柔性絕緣疏水纖(xian)維織物用(yong)于濕式除塵器的研(yan)(yan)究工作,并于2012年在益陽300MW燃煤(mei)機(ji)組(zu)中完成(cheng)工業化應用。官(guan)網:goyd.cn通過(guo)相關資料顯示,耐腐蝕性優良的(de)柔(rou)性絕緣疏水纖維織(zhi)物(wu)通過(guo)潤濕使其導電,可以形成水膜,并(bing)靠重(zhong)力自流向下與(yu)煙氣分離,柔(rou)性織(zhi)物(wu)材料作為收塵(chen)極(ji)布置成方形孔(kong)道(dao)(立式布置),煙氣沿孔(kong)道(dao)流過(guo)。(1)柔(rou)性濕式電除塵(chen)器(qi)的(de)技術(shu)特點如(ru)下:1)柔(rou)性陽有(you)重(zhong)量輕、防(fang)腐(fu)性(xing)(xing)能好的(de)特(te)點。2)柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)絕緣疏水(shui)纖維(wei)本(ben)身(shen)的(de)結(jie)構特(te)性(xing)(xing),有(you)利于(yu)表面形成均勻水(shui)膜(mo),利用從煙氣(qi)中收(shou)集的(de)酸(suan)液帶出(chu)灰(hui),實現自清灰(hui),沖(chong)洗水(shui)量小。3)陽(yang)極(ji)部件可(ke)組裝(zhuang)拆(chai)卸,有(you)利于(yu)后(hou)(hou)期的(de)維(wei)護和更換。(2)柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)濕式(shi)電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵器存在(zai)的(de)問(wen)題如下:1)柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)陽(yang)極(ji)不耐高溫(wen),煙氣(qi)溫(wen)度較高時,對陽(yang)極(ji)壽命有(you)影(ying)響,嚴重(zhong)時可(ke)能燒(shao)蝕,使用壽命6年左(zuo)右。2)柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)纖維(wei)織物的(de)伸(shen)縮(suo)率較大,陽(yang)極(ji)布的(de)張緊程度和浸水(shui)后(hou)(hou)發生的(de)伸(shen)縮(suo)都(dou)會影(ying)響實際(ji)的(de)極(ji)間(jian)距,進(jin)而影(ying)響到電(dian)場的(de)穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)(xing)、電(dian)壓的(de)正(zheng)常運(yun)行。3)煙氣(qi)流速較高,產生氣(qi)流帶出(chu),PM2.5細微顆粒及氣(qi)溶(rong)膠脫除(chu)(chu)率低。性(xing)(xing)能結(jie)果表明:粉塵去除(chu)(chu)率(含(han)石膏):≥70%;SO3去除(chu)(chu)率:≥70%;霧滴(di)含(han)量:低于(yu)20mg/m3。目(mu)前,國電(dian)益陽(yang)發電(dian)有(you)限公司(si)300MW機(ji)組,國電(dian)滎陽(yang)煤(mei)電(dian)一(yi)體(ti)化(hua)有(you)限公司(si)一(yi)期600MW機(ji)組采用了柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)電(dian)極(ji)濕式(shi)靜電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵技(ji)術。
3.4、徑(jing)(jing)流(liu)濕(shi)式電(dian)除塵器(qi)徑(jing)(jing)流(liu)濕(shi)式電(dian)除塵器(qi)是北(bei)京華能達公司自主(zhu)研(yan)發的(de)(de)(de)具有自主(zhu)知(zhi)識(shi)產(chan)權的(de)(de)(de)除塵技術(shu)。與(yu)上述濕(shi)式靜電(dian)除塵器(qi)結構不同(tong)(tong),該(gai)結構布(bu)置(zhi)是將(jiang)收(shou)塵陽(yang)極板(ban)(ban)(ban)垂(chui)直于氣流(liu)方(fang)向,使電(dian)場力與(yu)引風(feng)力的(de)(de)(de)方(fang)向在(zai)同(tong)(tong)一水(shui)平線上,粉塵顆粒在(zai)引風(feng)力與(yu)電(dian)場力的(de)(de)(de)共(gong)同(tong)(tong)作用下,在(zai)新型陽(yang)極板(ban)(ban)(ban)上完成捕集。裝(zhuang)置(zhi)主(zhu)要(yao)由殼體、分布(bu)板(ban)(ban)(ban)、陽(yang)極裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、陰極裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、噴淋系(xi)統、熱(re)風(feng)系(xi)統和供電(dian)電(dian)源等組(zu)成。(1)徑(jing)(jing)流(liu)濕(shi)式電(dian)除塵器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)技術(shu)特(te)(te)點如(ru)下:1)與(yu)煙(yan)氣接觸部位全部采用2205雙相(xiang)不銹(xiu)鋼材質,具有強度高(gao)、耐(nai)高(gao)溫、耐(nai)腐(fu)蝕(尤其(qi)對氯離子和硫化物的(de)(de)(de)應力腐(fu)蝕)等特(te)(te)性,使用壽命(ming)能夠達到30年。2)新型陽(yang)極板(ban)(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)(de)通(tong)孔率達到98%以上,其(qi)幾乎全通(tong)透的(de)(de)(de)結構大大降低了徑(jing)(jing)流(liu)式濕(shi)式除塵器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)運行阻力,并且和普通(tong)的(de)(de)(de)陽(yang)極板(ban)(ban)(ban)相(xiang)比,相(xiang)同(tong)(tong)體積(ji)下新型陽(yang)極板(ban)(ban)(ban)具有的(de)(de)集塵面積,相當于(yu)普(pu)通陽極板(ban)的(de)(de)20倍。3)陽極系(xi)統采(cai)用旋轉電(dian)(dian)極設計(ji),在(zai)旋轉電(dian)(dian)極下部(bu)(bu)設立(li)獨立(li)的(de)(de)清洗(xi)(xi)室,由(you)高(gao)壓(ya)噴嘴在(zai)旋轉電(dian)(dian)極內部(bu)(bu)向外沖洗(xi)(xi)網(wang)板(ban),清洗(xi)(xi)網(wang)板(ban)后的(de)(de)污水(shui)通過排水(shui)泵和排污管道送入(ru)(ru)脫硫塔(ta)補水(shui)。在(zai)工程運行中,利用壓(ya)差監測,實現(xian)在(zai)線噴淋,無水(shui)循環系(xi)統,故耗(hao)水(shui)、耗(hao)電(dian)(dian)量小。(2)徑流(liu)濕式電(dian)(dian)除塵器存在(zai)的(de)(de)問題如(ru)下:1)由(you)于(yu)接(jie)觸(chu)煙氣的(de)(de)部(bu)(bu)件全部(bu)(bu)采(cai)用2205雙相不銹鋼,前期成(cheng)本投入(ru)(ru)較(jiao)高(gao)。
