靜電除塵器的工作原理是(shi)利(li)用(yong)(yong)高(gao)壓電(dian)(dian)場(chang)使煙氣發生電(dian)(dian)離,氣流(liu)中的粉塵荷電(dian)(dian)在電(dian)(dian)場(chang)作用(yong)(yong)下與氣流(liu)分離。負極由不同(tong)斷面形狀的金屬(shu)導線(xian)制成,叫(jiao)放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)極。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)(de)性能受粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)性質、設備(bei)構造和(he)煙氣流速等三個因(yin)素(su)的(de)(de)影響(xiang)。粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)比電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻是評價導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性的(de)(de)指(zhi)標,它對除塵(chen)(chen)效率有直接的(de)(de)影響(xiang)。比電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過(guo)低,塵(chen)(chen)粒難(nan)以(yi)保(bao)持在集塵(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極上,致使其重返氣流。比電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過(guo)高,到達集塵(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極的(de)(de)塵(chen)(chen)粒電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷不易放(fang)(fang)出,在塵(chen)(chen)層之間(jian)形成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓梯度會(hui)產生局部擊穿和(he)放(fang)(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)現象(xiang)。這些(xie)情況都會(hui)造成(cheng)除塵(chen)(chen)效率下降(jiang)。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運(yun)行(xing)電壓需保(bao)持40一75kV乃(nai)至100kV以上(shang)。
工作原理
電(dian)除塵(chen)器的基(ji)本原理是利(li)用電(dian)力捕集煙氣中的粉塵(chen),主(zhu)要包(bao)括以下四個相互有關的物(wu)理過(guo)程(cheng):(1)氣體的電(dian)離。(2)粉塵(chen)的荷電(dian)。(3)荷電(dian)粉塵(chen)向電(dian)極移動。(4)荷電(dian)粉塵(chen)的捕集。
荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)的(de)捕集過(guo)程:在兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)曲率半徑相差較(jiao)大的(de)金屬陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)和(he)陰極(ji)(ji)上,通(tong)過(guo)高(gao)壓直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),維持一個(ge)(ge)足以使(shi)氣體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang),氣體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離后所(suo)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi):陰離子(zi)和(he)陽(yang)離子(zi),吸附在通(tong)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)的(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)上,使(shi)粉(fen)塵(chen)獲得電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷。荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)性(xing)不同(tong)的(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)力(li)的(de)作用(yong)下,分(fen)別(bie)向不同(tong)極(ji)(ji)性(xing)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)運(yun)動,沉積(ji)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)上,而達到粉(fen)塵(chen)和(he)氣體分(fen)離的(de)目的(de)。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)由兩(liang)大部(bu)分(fen)(fen)組成:一(yi)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)本體(ti)系(xi)(xi)統;另一(yi)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)是(shi)提(ti)供高壓直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置和低(di)壓自動控制系(xi)(xi)統。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)的結構原理圖如(ru)圖1所示,高壓供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)統為升壓變壓器(qi)(qi)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)集塵極(ji)(ji)接地(di)。低(di)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)控制系(xi)(xi)統用來(lai)控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)振(zhen)打錘、卸灰(hui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)、輸灰(hui)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)以(yi)及幾個部(bu)件的溫度。
