靜電除塵器的工作(zuo)(zuo)原理是利用高壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)場使煙氣發生電(dian)(dian)(dian)離,氣流中的粉塵荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場作(zuo)(zuo)用下(xia)與(yu)氣流分離。負極由不同(tong)斷面形(xing)狀的金(jin)屬導線制成,叫放電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的性能受粉塵(chen)性質、設備構(gou)造(zao)和(he)煙氣流速(su)等(deng)三個因素的影響。粉塵(chen)的比電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻是評價(jia)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性的指標(biao),它對(dui)除(chu)塵(chen)效率有直(zhi)接(jie)的影響。比電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過低(di),塵(chen)粒難以保持在集塵(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上,致(zhi)使其(qi)重返氣流。比電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過高(gao),到達(da)集塵(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)的塵(chen)粒電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷不易放出(chu),在塵(chen)層之間形成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓梯度會產(chan)生局部擊穿和(he)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)現象(xiang)。這些情況都會造(zao)成(cheng)除(chu)塵(chen)效率下降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運行電壓需保持40一75kV乃至100kV以上。
工作原理
電除(chu)塵器(qi)的(de)(de)基本原理是利用電力捕(bu)集煙氣(qi)中的(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵,主要包(bao)括以下(xia)四個(ge)相互有(you)關的(de)(de)物理過程:(1)氣(qi)體的(de)(de)電離。(2)粉(fen)(fen)塵的(de)(de)荷(he)(he)電。(3)荷(he)(he)電粉(fen)(fen)塵向電極移動(dong)。(4)荷(he)(he)電粉(fen)(fen)塵的(de)(de)捕(bu)集。
荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)捕集過(guo)程(cheng):在兩個(ge)曲率半徑相差較大的(de)(de)金屬陽(yang)極(ji)和陰(yin)極(ji)上(shang),通過(guo)高(gao)壓直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian),維持一個(ge)足(zu)以使氣體電(dian)(dian)(dian)離的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang),氣體電(dian)(dian)(dian)離后(hou)所產生的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi):陰(yin)離子(zi)和陽(yang)離子(zi),吸(xi)附在通過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)的(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)上(shang),使粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)獲得(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)。荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)性不同(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)力的(de)(de)作(zuo)用下,分(fen)別向(xiang)不同(tong)(tong)極(ji)性的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)運動,沉積在電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上(shang),而(er)達(da)到粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)和氣體分(fen)離的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器由兩(liang)大(da)部(bu)分組成:一部(bu)分是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器本體(ti)系(xi)統;另(ling)一部(bu)分是提供(gong)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置和低壓(ya)(ya)自(zi)動控(kong)制系(xi)統。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器的(de)結(jie)構原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)1所示,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統為升壓(ya)(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),除(chu)塵(chen)器集塵(chen)極接(jie)地。低壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)制系(xi)統用(yong)來控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁振(zhen)打錘、卸(xie)灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極、輸灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極以及幾個部(bu)件的(de)溫(wen)度(du)。
