靜電除塵器的(de)(de)工(gong)作原(yuan)理是利用高壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)場使煙氣發生電(dian)(dian)離(li),氣流(liu)中的(de)(de)粉塵荷電(dian)(dian)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)場作用下(xia)與氣流(liu)分離(li)。負極由(you)不同斷面形狀的(de)(de)金(jin)屬(shu)導(dao)線制(zhi)成,叫放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)極。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)(de)性(xing)能(neng)受粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)性(xing)質(zhi)、設備構造和煙氣流速等三個因素的(de)(de)影響(xiang)。粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻是(shi)評價導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)的(de)(de)指標,它對(dui)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)有直接(jie)的(de)(de)影響(xiang)。比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過低,塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)難以(yi)保持在集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極上(shang),致使其重(zhong)返氣流。比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過高,到達(da)集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極的(de)(de)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷不易放出,在塵(chen)(chen)(chen)層(ceng)之(zhi)間(jian)形成電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓梯(ti)度會(hui)產生(sheng)局部擊(ji)穿和放電(dian)(dian)(dian)現(xian)象。這些情況(kuang)都會(hui)造成除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)下降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運行電(dian)壓需(xu)保持40一(yi)75kV乃至100kV以上。
工作原理
電(dian)除塵器(qi)的基本原理(li)是利用(yong)電(dian)力(li)捕(bu)集(ji)煙(yan)氣(qi)中的粉(fen)塵,主要包括以下四個相互有關的物理(li)過(guo)程:(1)氣(qi)體的電(dian)離(li)。(2)粉(fen)塵的荷(he)(he)電(dian)。(3)荷(he)(he)電(dian)粉(fen)塵向電(dian)極移(yi)動。(4)荷(he)(he)電(dian)粉(fen)塵的捕(bu)集(ji)。
荷(he)電(dian)(dian)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)塵(chen)的(de)捕集過(guo)程:在兩個曲率半(ban)徑相差較(jiao)大(da)的(de)金屬陽極(ji)和(he)陰極(ji)上(shang)(shang),通(tong)過(guo)高壓(ya)直流電(dian)(dian),維(wei)持一個足以使氣體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)離(li)的(de)電(dian)(dian)場(chang),氣體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)離(li)后(hou)所(suo)產生(sheng)的(de)電(dian)(dian)子:陰離(li)子和(he)陽離(li)子,吸(xi)附在通(tong)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)場(chang)的(de)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)塵(chen)上(shang)(shang),使粉(fen)(fen)(fen)塵(chen)獲得電(dian)(dian)荷(he)。荷(he)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)性(xing)不同(tong)的(de)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)塵(chen)在電(dian)(dian)場(chang)力(li)的(de)作用下(xia),分別向不同(tong)極(ji)性(xing)的(de)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)運動,沉積(ji)在電(dian)(dian)極(ji)上(shang)(shang),而(er)達到粉(fen)(fen)(fen)塵(chen)和(he)氣體(ti)(ti)分離(li)的(de)目的(de)。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器由(you)兩大部(bu)分(fen)(fen)組成:一部(bu)分(fen)(fen)是電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器本體系統(tong);另(ling)一部(bu)分(fen)(fen)是提供高壓(ya)(ya)直流電(dian)(dian)的(de)供電(dian)(dian)裝置和(he)低壓(ya)(ya)自(zi)動控(kong)制系統(tong)。電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器的(de)結構原理圖如圖1所示,高壓(ya)(ya)供電(dian)(dian)系統(tong)為升壓(ya)(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器供電(dian)(dian),除(chu)塵(chen)器集(ji)塵(chen)極(ji)接地。低壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)控(kong)制系統(tong)用(yong)來控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)磁振打錘、卸(xie)灰(hui)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)、輸灰(hui)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)以及幾個部(bu)件的(de)溫度。
