靜電除塵器的(de)工作原理是利用高壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)使煙氣發(fa)生電(dian)(dian)(dian)離,氣流中的(de)粉(fen)塵荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)作用下與氣流分離。負極(ji)由(you)不同斷面(mian)形狀(zhuang)的(de)金屬導線制成,叫放電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)性(xing)能受粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)性(xing)質、設備構(gou)造(zao)和(he)煙(yan)氣(qi)流速等(deng)三個因素(su)的(de)影響。粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)的(de)比電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)是(shi)評價導電(dian)(dian)性(xing)的(de)指標,它(ta)對除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)效率(lv)有直接的(de)影響。比電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)過低(di),塵(chen)(chen)粒難以保持在集(ji)塵(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)極上,致使其重返氣(qi)流。比電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)過高,到達集(ji)塵(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)極的(de)塵(chen)(chen)粒電(dian)(dian)荷不易放(fang)出,在塵(chen)(chen)層(ceng)之(zhi)間形成電(dian)(dian)壓梯(ti)度會產生局部(bu)擊穿和(he)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)現象。這些情況(kuang)都(dou)會造(zao)成除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)效率(lv)下(xia)降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運行電壓(ya)需(xu)保持40一(yi)75kV乃至100kV以上。
工作原理
電(dian)(dian)除塵器的(de)基(ji)本原理(li)是利用電(dian)(dian)力捕集(ji)煙氣中的(de)粉(fen)塵,主要包括以下(xia)四個相互有關的(de)物(wu)理(li)過(guo)程(cheng):(1)氣體的(de)電(dian)(dian)離。(2)粉(fen)塵的(de)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)。(3)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵向電(dian)(dian)極移動。(4)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵的(de)捕集(ji)。
荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)捕集過程(cheng):在(zai)(zai)兩個(ge)曲率半(ban)徑相差(cha)較大(da)的(de)(de)金屬陽極和陰極上(shang),通(tong)過高壓直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),維持(chi)一個(ge)足以(yi)使氣體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang),氣體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離后所產(chan)生的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子:陰離子和陽離子,吸(xi)附在(zai)(zai)通(tong)過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)上(shang),使粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)獲得電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷。荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極性(xing)不(bu)同的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)力(li)的(de)(de)作用下,分(fen)別向不(bu)同極性(xing)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極運(yun)動,沉積在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極上(shang),而達(da)到粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)和氣體(ti)分(fen)離的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器由兩大部分組成:一部分是電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器本體系統;另一部分是提供(gong)高壓(ya)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置(zhi)和低壓(ya)自(zi)動控(kong)制(zhi)系統。電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器的(de)(de)(de)結構原(yuan)理圖如圖1所示,高壓(ya)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統為升壓(ya)變壓(ya)器供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),除(chu)塵器集(ji)塵極(ji)接地。低壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)制(zhi)系統用(yong)來控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁振打(da)錘、卸灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)、輸(shu)灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)以及幾(ji)個部件的(de)(de)(de)溫度(du)。
