靜電除塵器的(de)工(gong)作原(yuan)理(li)是利用(yong)高(gao)壓電場使煙氣發生(sheng)電離(li)(li),氣流(liu)中的(de)粉塵荷(he)電在電場作用(yong)下與氣流(liu)分離(li)(li)。負極由(you)不(bu)同斷面形狀的(de)金屬導線(xian)制成,叫放電電極。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)性(xing)能受粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)性(xing)質(zhi)、設備構造(zao)和(he)煙氣(qi)流速等三個因素(su)的(de)影響。粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)的(de)比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻是評價導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)的(de)指(zhi)標,它(ta)對除塵(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)有(you)直接的(de)影響。比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過低,塵(chen)(chen)粒難以保持在集塵(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上,致使(shi)其重返氣(qi)流。比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過高(gao),到達集塵(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)的(de)塵(chen)(chen)粒電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)不易(yi)放出,在塵(chen)(chen)層之間(jian)形成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓梯度會產生局部擊穿和(he)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)現象。這些情況都會造(zao)成除塵(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)下降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運(yun)行電壓需保持40一(yi)75kV乃至100kV以(yi)上(shang)。
工作原理
電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)器的(de)(de)(de)基本原理是利用電(dian)力捕集煙氣中的(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen),主(zhu)要包括以(yi)下四個相互有(you)關的(de)(de)(de)物理過程(cheng):(1)氣體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)離。(2)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)(de)荷電(dian)。(3)荷電(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)向電(dian)極移動。(4)荷電(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)(de)捕集。
荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen)(fen)塵的(de)捕集過程:在(zai)(zai)兩(liang)個曲率半徑相差(cha)較大的(de)金(jin)屬陽(yang)極(ji)和陰極(ji)上,通過高(gao)壓(ya)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),維持一個足以使氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場,氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離后所產(chan)生的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi):陰離子(zi)(zi)和陽(yang)離子(zi)(zi),吸(xi)附在(zai)(zai)通過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場的(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵上,使粉(fen)(fen)塵獲(huo)得電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷。荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)性不(bu)(bu)同(tong)的(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場力的(de)作用下(xia),分(fen)別向不(bu)(bu)同(tong)極(ji)性的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)運動,沉積在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上,而達到粉(fen)(fen)塵和氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)分(fen)離的(de)目的(de)。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器由兩大(da)部(bu)分(fen)組成:一部(bu)分(fen)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器本體(ti)系統(tong);另一部(bu)分(fen)是(shi)提供高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置和低壓(ya)(ya)自(zi)動控制系統(tong)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器的(de)結構原(yuan)理圖如(ru)圖1所示,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)為升壓(ya)(ya)變壓(ya)(ya)器供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器集(ji)塵(chen)(chen)極接地。低壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)控制系統(tong)用(yong)來控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁振(zhen)打錘(chui)、卸灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極、輸灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極以及幾個(ge)部(bu)件的(de)溫度。
