靜電除塵器的(de)工作原(yuan)理(li)是利(li)用(yong)(yong)高(gao)壓電(dian)(dian)場使煙氣發生電(dian)(dian)離,氣流中的(de)粉塵荷電(dian)(dian)在電(dian)(dian)場作用(yong)(yong)下與氣流分離。負極由不(bu)同斷面(mian)形狀的(de)金屬導線(xian)制成(cheng),叫放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)極。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的性(xing)能受粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)性(xing)質、設備構造(zao)和煙氣(qi)流速等(deng)三個因(yin)素的影響。粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的比電(dian)(dian)阻是評價導電(dian)(dian)性(xing)的指(zhi)標,它對(dui)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效率(lv)有直接的影響。比電(dian)(dian)阻過(guo)低,塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒難以保持在集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)上(shang),致使其重返氣(qi)流。比電(dian)(dian)阻過(guo)高,到達(da)集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)的塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒電(dian)(dian)荷不易放(fang)出,在塵(chen)(chen)(chen)層之間形成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)壓梯度會產(chan)生局部擊穿和放(fang)電(dian)(dian)現象。這(zhe)些情況(kuang)都(dou)會造(zao)成(cheng)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效率(lv)下降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運行電壓(ya)需保(bao)持(chi)40一(yi)75kV乃至100kV以上。
工作原理
電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)本(ben)原理是利用電(dian)(dian)力捕集煙氣(qi)中的(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen),主要包括以下四個(ge)相互有關的(de)(de)(de)物理過程(cheng):(1)氣(qi)體的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)離。(2)粉(fen)塵(chen)的(de)(de)(de)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)。(3)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)向電(dian)(dian)極移動。(4)荷(he)電(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)的(de)(de)(de)捕集。
荷(he)電(dian)粉(fen)(fen)塵的(de)(de)捕(bu)集過程:在(zai)兩個曲率(lv)半徑相差較大的(de)(de)金屬陽極(ji)和陰極(ji)上,通(tong)過高壓(ya)直流(liu)電(dian),維(wei)持一個足以(yi)使(shi)氣體電(dian)離(li)的(de)(de)電(dian)場,氣體電(dian)離(li)后所(suo)產生的(de)(de)電(dian)子:陰離(li)子和陽離(li)子,吸(xi)附在(zai)通(tong)過電(dian)場的(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵上,使(shi)粉(fen)(fen)塵獲得(de)電(dian)荷(he)。荷(he)電(dian)極(ji)性(xing)不(bu)同的(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵在(zai)電(dian)場力的(de)(de)作用下,分別向不(bu)同極(ji)性(xing)的(de)(de)電(dian)極(ji)運動,沉積在(zai)電(dian)極(ji)上,而達到(dao)粉(fen)(fen)塵和氣體分離(li)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)由兩大部(bu)分組成:一部(bu)分是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)本體(ti)系統;另(ling)一部(bu)分是提(ti)供(gong)(gong)(gong)高壓(ya)(ya)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置(zhi)和低壓(ya)(ya)自動控制(zhi)系統。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)的結構原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)1所示,高壓(ya)(ya)供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系統為升壓(ya)(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)供(gong)(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),除(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)(qi)集塵極(ji)接地(di)。低壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)控制(zhi)系統用(yong)來控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁振打錘、卸灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)、輸灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)以(yi)及幾個(ge)部(bu)件的溫度。
