四種濕式電除塵器的對比分析
濕式靜電除塵器作為目前燃煤電廠污染物控制的精處理設備,在國內已受到了廣泛重視,并逐步得到推廣和使用。本文介紹了目前使用中的靜電除塵器(金屬極板濕式電除塵器、導電玻璃鋼極板濕式電除塵器、柔性極板濕式電除塵器、徑流濕式電除塵器)的技術特點和主要參數,為燃煤機組超低排放改造加裝濕式靜電除塵器提供參考。
1、引(yin)言(yan)進入新世紀,隨著我(wo)國經濟的高(gao)速(su)發展,火(huo)電(dian)裝機容(rong)(rong)量仍在不斷增長(chang)。按(an)中電(dian)聯《電(dian)力行業(ye)節(jie)能(neng)環保信(xin)息》推算,2015年,我(wo)國新增火(huo)電(dian)裝機容(rong)(rong)量約0.51億kW。根據電(dian)力規劃設(she)計總院預測,到2020年,火(huo)電(dian)(dian)裝機容(rong)量將(jiang)達到12.2億kW,新增裝機容(rong)量約為3億kW。火(huo)電(dian)(dian)廠的快速發(fa)展導致了(le)大(da)氣環(huan)境(jing)的污染并引(yin)發(fa)了(le)公共環(huan)境(jing)及健康危(wei)機,
雖然采(cai)取一系列(lie)政策,大(da)力推動煤炭清潔利用與發(fa)(fa)展清潔(jie)能源(yuan),但(dan)由于我國燃煤發(fa)(fa)電的(de)(de)基數(shu)較大,火電廠仍將是大氣污染物的(de)(de)主要排放源(yuan)之一,而降低排放強度的(de)(de)主要措施就是制定(ding)和實施更(geng)加嚴格的(de)(de)排放標準。
同時濕(shi)式(shi)電除塵器作為燃煤(mei)電廠污染物控(kong)制的(de)精(jing)處理技術(shu)設備(bei),其處理對(dui)象(xiang)為含(han)大量游離水的(de)飽和濕(shi)煙氣(qi),主要去除粉塵(含(han)石膏)、SO3、霧滴和有(you)害氣(qi)體(ti),并可有(you)效(xiao)控(kong)制PM2.5的(de)排放,本文介紹4種濕(shi)式(shi)電除塵器技術(shu),并從性(xing)(xing)能、可靠性(xing)(xing)及除塵效(xiao)果等方面進(jin)行比較。
2、濕式電除塵器簡介濕式電除塵器(簡稱WESP),與干式電除塵器的除塵原理基本相同,先依靠高壓電暈放電使得粉塵荷電,荷電后的粉塵在電場力的作用下到達集塵板(或集塵管),再采用沖洗方式,使粉塵隨著沖刷液的流動而。在(zai)目(mu)前(qian)的濕除(chu)(chu)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)中,主(zhu)要(yao)差(cha)別(bie)在(zai)于陽極(ji)板材質的選取及清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)。根據陽極(ji)材質的不(bu)同,主(zhu)要(yao)分為不(bu)銹鋼濕式(shi)電(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)、導電(dian)(dian)玻璃鋼電(dian)(dian)極(ji)濕式(shi)電(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)、柔性(xing)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)濕式(shi)電(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi);根據清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)(即水膜的形成(cheng)原理)不(bu)同,分為水膜自清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)和水膜沖洗清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu),前(qian)者為間斷噴淋,靠煙氣中的水汽在(zai)陽極(ji)表面自凝(ning)結實(shi)現在(zai)線(xian)清(qing)灰(hui)(hui),后者為通(tong)過噴淋水在(zai)陽極(ji)表面形成(cheng)水膜清(qing)灰(hui)(hui)。
3、濕式電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器性能(neng)對比3.1、金屬(shu)電(dian)(dian)極濕式電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器20世(shi)紀90年代,為應對地方(fang)環保法規提(ti)出的(de)對煙塵(chen)排放控制的(de)要求,日本三菱(ling)公司研(yan)發并建成(cheng)濕式電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器,用于燃煤電(dian)(dian)廠的(de)煙塵(chen)治理。
2006年(nian),專(zhuan)門針對(dui)PM2.5提出(chu)控制(zhi)要(yao)求,在(zai)燃煤電(dian)廠(chang)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)濕(shi)式(shi)(shi)電(dian)除(chu)塵器(qi)。目前我(wo)國通過引進(jin)技術(shu)并優化設計,已掌握(wo)其核心(xin)技術(shu)。(1)金屬電(dian)極(ji)濕(shi)式(shi)(shi)電(dian)除(chu)塵器(qi)的技術(shu)特點(dian)如(ru)下(xia):1)大(da)多采用臥式(shi)(shi)布置,氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流沿水平方向(xiang)進(jin)出(chu),煙氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流速較低(流速在(zai)2.5m/s左(zuo)右),能有效(xiao)控制(zhi)氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流帶出(chu)粉(fen)塵,提高(gao)(gao)PM2.5細微顆粒及氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)溶膠脫除(chu)效(xiao)率。2)陰(yin)陽極(ji)均平行(xing)于氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)流方向(xiang)布置,金屬極(ji)板采用懸(xuan)掛方式(shi)(shi),極(ji)板通過懸(xuan)掛梁(liang)固定于殼(ke)體中(zhong),電(dian)暈電(dian)極(ji)采用框架式(shi)(shi)結構,通過吊桿(gan)吊掛在(zai)殼(ke)體中(zhong)。這種安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)方式(shi)(shi)由于陰(yin)陽極(ji)不易變形(xing),極(ji)間距有保證,故電(dian)場(chang)穩定性好,運(yun)行(xing)電(dian)壓(ya)高(gao)(gao)。3)耐高(gao)(gao)溫(wen),脫硫系統(tong)出(chu)現故障時,可以在(zai)較高(gao)(gao)的煙氣(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)溫(wen)度(du)下(xia)運(yun)行(xing)。
(2)金屬(shu)電極濕式(shi)電除塵器存在的問題(ti)如下:
1)陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)一般(ban)高度在8~10m左(zuo)右(you),要(yao)形(xing)成均勻的水(shui)(shui)(shui)膜(mo)對(dui)(dui)陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)的設計、制造(zao)、安裝及維護有嚴格的要(yao)求,更(geng)換時難(nan)度較大(da)。2)極(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)材質多采(cai)(cai)用316L,需要(yao)通(tong)過水(shui)(shui)(shui)膜(mo)保護以(yi)防腐蝕,一旦水(shui)(shui)(shui)膜(mo)保護出(chu)現失效,造(zao)成極(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)腐蝕嚴重,甚至喪失除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)效率(lv)。3)清(qing)灰方式(shi)(shi)采(cai)(cai)用在線單線連(lian)續噴淋(lin)工藝,需要(yao)設置專門的水(shui)(shui)(shui)處理系統,噴淋(lin)水(shui)(shui)(shui)經NaOH水(shui)(shui)(shui)溶液中和后循環使用,這種清(qing)灰方式(shi)(shi)對(dui)(dui)于(yu)水(shui)(shui)(shui)耗、電(dian)(dian)(dian)耗、堿的消耗較大(da),對(dui)(dui)噴嘴性能要(yao)求更(geng)高。根據各企業(ye)發布(bu)的環境(jing)監測報告顯示,金(jin)屬電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)濕式(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)去(qu)除(chu)率(lv)(粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)+石膏):≥70%;SO3去(qu)除(chu)率(lv):≥70%;霧滴含量:低于(yu)20mg/m3。目(mu)前,浙江嘉(jia)興三期2×1000MW機組(zu)、大(da)唐(tang)黃島電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠670MW機組(zu)、神華國(guo)華舟(zhou)山電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠350MW機組(zu)等(deng)都采(cai)(cai)用了金(jin)屬極(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)濕式(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)。
3.2、導電玻璃鋼濕式電除塵器導電玻璃鋼濕式電除塵技術來源于化工行業的濕式電除霧器,在化工、煤氣凈化等領域已經有幾十年的應用歷史,技術成熟。導電玻璃鋼(FiberReinforcedPlastics,FRP)是一種以樹脂為基體,碳纖維、玻璃纖維等為增強材料,通過成型工藝制成的高導復合材料。使用導電玻璃鋼作為收塵極可以采用管式或蜂窩狀形式(立式布置),也可采用板式形式(臥式布置),目前,以蜂窩狀結構居多。
(1)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)鋼(gang)濕(shi)(shi)式電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)技(ji)術特點如(ru)下:1)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)鋼(gang)具(ju)有(you)(you)重(zhong)量(liang)輕、比強度高(gao)、耐腐蝕等特性。2)收塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)極組(zu)件采用工廠成(cheng)型,實現整體(ti)模塊化,有(you)(you)利(li)于(yu)保證(zheng)安裝(zhuang)精(jing)度。3)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)運行時,收集(ji)下來的(de)液滴在沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)極表面形成(cheng)液膜(mo),由于(yu)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)鋼(gang)具(ju)有(you)(you)很強的(de)疏(shu)水性,能有(you)(you)效阻(zu)隔粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)和(he)石膏對沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)極壁的(de)粘接,靠重(zhong)力自流至(zhi)下部集(ji)液槽。4)為防止少(shao)量(liang)煙塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)沉(chen)(chen)積,在沉(chen)(chen)淀(dian)極管上部設置(zhi)一(yi)層間(jian)斷噴淋裝(zhuang)置(zhi),將(jiang)(jiang)濕(shi)(shi)式電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)分為多個電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang),當需要進行間(jian)斷沖洗(xi)時,控制系統自動停(ting)掉其中一(yi)個電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)或將(jiang)(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)降壓運行,沖洗(xi)結束后開啟(qi)該電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)。由于(yu)耗(hao)水量(liang)較(jiao)小,集(ji)液槽中的(de)收集(ji)液可返回脫硫塔內循環使用。(2)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)鋼(gang)濕(shi)(shi)式電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)存在的(de)問題如(ru)下:1)煙氣(qi)流速(su)在2.5m/s左右(you)時,PM2.5細微(wei)顆粒及(ji)氣(qi)溶膠脫除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)率(lv)高(gao),提高(gao)煙氣(qi)流速(su)后,影響(xiang)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)性能。2)一(yi)般FRP不(bu)能在高(gao)溫(wen)下長期使用,煙氣(qi)溫(wen)度較(jiao)高(gao)時對陽(yang)極板壽命(ming)有(you)(you)影響(xiang),嚴(yan)重(zhong)時可能燒(shao)灼。FRP的(de)使用壽命(ming)在10~15年左右(you),與產(chan)品(pin)的(de)質量(liang)及(ji)制作(zuo)產(chan)品(pin)所用的(de)樹脂等原材(cai)料性能有(you)(you)關。3)如(ru)果出現部分導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)鋼(gang)損壞(huai),需要整個模塊更(geng)換(huan),將(jiang)(jiang)大大增加維護費用和(he)難度。根(gen)據(ju)各企業發(fa)布的(de)環境監(jian)測(ce)報告顯示(shi),導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)鋼(gang)濕(shi)(shi)式電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)去除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)率(lv)(粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)+石膏):≥70%;SO3去除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)率(lv):≥70%;霧滴含(han)量(liang):低于(yu)25mg/m3。目前(qian),黃臺8號、9號2×300MW機(ji)組(zu)、上海石洞口300MW機(ji)組(zu)、蒙西(xi)300MW機(ji)組(zu)、白楊河兩臺300MW機(ji)組(zu)等都采用了導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)(bo)(bo)璃(li)鋼(gang)濕(shi)(shi)式電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器(qi)(qi)(qi)。
3.3、柔性(xing)電(dian)極濕式電(dian)除塵器(qi)20世紀(ji)90年代末,俄(e)(e)亥俄(e)(e)州立大學提出(chu)了柔性電極濕式電除塵技(ji)術的概(gai)念(nian),2003年Croll-Reynolds、FirstEnergy、SouthernEnvironmental公(gong)司和俄(e)亥(hai)俄(e)州立大(da)學(xue)共(gong)同(tong)研究(jiu)制(zhi)作(zuo)出(chu)臺實驗裝置。濕式除塵器存在的問題,集中體現在集塵極材料和表面水膜分布不均勻引發的系列問題上,基于上述原因,我國早由山(shan)東大學(xue)和國電環(huan)保院共(gong)同研發,開始了(le)柔性絕緣疏水纖維織物用于濕式(shi)除(chu)塵器的研究工作(zuo),并于2012年(nian)在益陽300MW燃煤機組中完(wan)成(cheng)工(gong)業化(hua)應用(yong)。官網:goyd.cn通(tong)過(guo)相關資料(liao)顯示,耐(nai)腐蝕性(xing)優(you)良的柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)絕緣疏水(shui)纖維織物通(tong)過(guo)潤濕使其導電,可以形成水(shui)膜,并靠重力自流向下與(yu)煙(yan)氣分(fen)離,柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)織物材料(liao)作為收塵極布置(zhi)成方(fang)形孔(kong)道(立式布置(zhi)),煙(yan)氣沿孔(kong)道流過(guo)。(1)柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)濕式電除塵器的技術特點如下:1)柔(rou)(rou)性(xing)陽有(you)重量輕、防腐性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)好的(de)(de)(de)特(te)點。2)柔性(xing)(xing)(xing)絕緣疏水纖維本身(shen)的(de)(de)(de)結構特(te)性(xing)(xing)(xing),有(you)利于表面形成均勻水膜(mo),利用從煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)中收集的(de)(de)(de)酸液帶出灰,實現自(zi)清灰,沖(chong)洗水量小(xiao)。3)陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)部件可(ke)組(zu)裝拆卸,有(you)利于后期(qi)的(de)(de)(de)維護和更換。(2)柔性(xing)(xing)(xing)濕(shi)式(shi)電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)存在(zai)的(de)(de)(de)問題如下:1)柔性(xing)(xing)(xing)陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)不(bu)耐(nai)高溫,煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)溫度較(jiao)(jiao)高時,對陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)壽(shou)命有(you)影響(xiang),嚴重時可(ke)能(neng)燒蝕,使用壽(shou)命6年左右。2)柔性(xing)(xing)(xing)纖維織物的(de)(de)(de)伸縮率較(jiao)(jiao)大,陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)布的(de)(de)(de)張緊程度和浸水后發生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)伸縮都會影響(xiang)實際的(de)(de)(de)極(ji)(ji)(ji)間(jian)距,進而影響(xiang)到(dao)電(dian)場(chang)的(de)(de)(de)穩定性(xing)(xing)(xing)、電(dian)壓的(de)(de)(de)正常運行。3)煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)速較(jiao)(jiao)高,產生(sheng)氣(qi)(qi)流(liu)帶出,PM2.5細(xi)微(wei)(wei)顆(ke)粒及氣(qi)(qi)溶(rong)膠脫除(chu)(chu)率低。性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)結果表明:粉塵(chen)去除(chu)(chu)率(含(han)石膏(gao)):≥70%;SO3去除(chu)(chu)率:≥70%;霧滴(di)含(han)量:低于20mg/m3。目前(qian),國(guo)電(dian)益(yi)陽(yang)發電(dian)有(you)限(xian)公司(si)300MW機組(zu),國(guo)電(dian)滎(ying)陽(yang)煤電(dian)一體化有(you)限(xian)公司(si)一期(qi)600MW機組(zu)采用了柔性(xing)(xing)(xing)電(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)濕(shi)式(shi)靜電(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)技術。
3.4、徑(jing)(jing)流濕(shi)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器徑(jing)(jing)流濕(shi)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器是(shi)北(bei)京華能達(da)公司自(zi)主(zhu)(zhu)研發的(de)(de)具有自(zi)主(zhu)(zhu)知識(shi)產權(quan)的(de)(de)除(chu)塵技(ji)術(shu)。與(yu)上述濕(shi)式(shi)靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器結(jie)構不同(tong)(tong),該結(jie)構布置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)是(shi)將收塵陽極(ji)(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)垂直于氣(qi)流方(fang)向(xiang),使(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)力與(yu)引風(feng)力的(de)(de)方(fang)向(xiang)在同(tong)(tong)一(yi)水平線上,粉塵顆粒在引風(feng)力與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)力的(de)(de)共同(tong)(tong)作用下(xia)(xia),在新型(xing)(xing)陽極(ji)(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)上完(wan)成捕集。裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)主(zhu)(zhu)要(yao)由殼體(ti)、分布板(ban)(ban)、陽極(ji)(ji)(ji)裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、陰(yin)極(ji)(ji)(ji)裝置(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、噴淋系(xi)統(tong)、熱風(feng)系(xi)統(tong)和(he)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源等(deng)組(zu)成。(1)徑(jing)(jing)流濕(shi)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器的(de)(de)技(ji)術(shu)特點如下(xia)(xia):1)與(yu)煙氣(qi)接觸(chu)部位全(quan)部采用2205雙相(xiang)不銹鋼材(cai)質,具有強度高、耐高溫(wen)、耐腐蝕(尤其對氯離子和(he)硫化物的(de)(de)應力腐蝕)等(deng)特性,使(shi)用壽命能夠達(da)到(dao)(dao)30年。2)新型(xing)(xing)陽極(ji)(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)通(tong)(tong)孔率達(da)到(dao)(dao)98%以上,其幾乎全(quan)通(tong)(tong)透的(de)(de)結(jie)構大(da)大(da)降低了徑(jing)(jing)流式(shi)濕(shi)式(shi)除(chu)塵器的(de)(de)運行阻(zu)力,并且和(he)普通(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)陽極(ji)(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)相(xiang)比,相(xiang)同(tong)(tong)體(ti)積下(xia)(xia)新型(xing)(xing)陽極(ji)(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)具有的(de)集塵面積,相(xiang)當于普(pu)通(tong)陽極(ji)(ji)板的(de)20倍(bei)。3)陽極(ji)(ji)系統采用旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)電(dian)極(ji)(ji)設(she)計,在旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)電(dian)極(ji)(ji)下(xia)部(bu)(bu)設(she)立(li)獨立(li)的(de)清洗室,由高壓噴嘴在旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)電(dian)極(ji)(ji)內部(bu)(bu)向外沖洗網板,清洗網板后的(de)污水(shui)(shui)通(tong)過排水(shui)(shui)泵和排污管(guan)道送入(ru)脫硫塔(ta)補水(shui)(shui)。在工(gong)程運行中,利用壓差監測,實現在線噴淋,無水(shui)(shui)循(xun)環系統,故耗水(shui)(shui)、耗電(dian)量小。(2)徑流濕式電(dian)除塵器存(cun)在的(de)問題如下(xia):1)由于接觸煙氣(qi)的(de)部(bu)(bu)件(jian)全部(bu)(bu)采用2205雙相(xiang)不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼,前期成(cheng)本(ben)投入(ru)較高。
