靜電除塵器的工作原(yuan)理是利用(yong)高壓電(dian)(dian)場使煙氣發生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)離,氣流中的粉塵荷電(dian)(dian)在電(dian)(dian)場作用(yong)下與(yu)氣流分(fen)離。負極由不同斷(duan)面形(xing)狀的金屬導線制成(cheng),叫放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)極。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)能受粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)性(xing)(xing)質、設備構造(zao)和煙氣流(liu)速等三個(ge)因素(su)的(de)(de)影響。粉塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)比電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)是評價導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)指(zhi)標,它對除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)有直接的(de)(de)影響。比電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)過(guo)低,塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒難以保(bao)持在集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上,致(zhi)使其(qi)重返氣流(liu)。比電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)過(guo)高,到達(da)集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)的(de)(de)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷不(bu)易放出,在塵(chen)(chen)(chen)層之間形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓梯度(du)會產生局部擊穿(chuan)和放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)現象。這些情況都(dou)會造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)下降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運(yun)行電壓需保持40一(yi)75kV乃至100kV以上。
工作原理
電(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)器的(de)(de)(de)基本原(yuan)理是(shi)利用電(dian)力捕集煙氣中的(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen),主要包括(kuo)以(yi)下(xia)四個相互有關的(de)(de)(de)物理過程:(1)氣體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)離。(2)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)(de)荷(he)電(dian)。(3)荷(he)電(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)向電(dian)極移動。(4)荷(he)電(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)(de)捕集。
荷(he)電(dian)(dian)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)的(de)(de)捕集過程:在兩個曲(qu)率半徑(jing)相差較大的(de)(de)金屬(shu)陽極(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)陰(yin)極(ji)(ji)(ji)上,通過高壓直流電(dian)(dian),維持一個足(zu)以使(shi)氣體電(dian)(dian)離(li)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)場,氣體電(dian)(dian)離(li)后所產生的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)子(zi):陰(yin)離(li)子(zi)和(he)陽離(li)子(zi),吸附在通過電(dian)(dian)場的(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)上,使(shi)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)獲得電(dian)(dian)荷(he)。荷(he)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)性不同的(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)在電(dian)(dian)場力的(de)(de)作用(yong)下,分別向不同極(ji)(ji)(ji)性的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)運動,沉積在電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)上,而達到粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)和(he)氣體分離(li)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器(qi)由兩大(da)部(bu)分(fen)組成:一部(bu)分(fen)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器(qi)本體系統(tong);另一部(bu)分(fen)是提供(gong)(gong)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)的供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置(zhi)和低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)自動(dong)控制系統(tong)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器(qi)的結構原理圖如(ru)圖1所示(shi),高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)系統(tong)為升壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)變壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)器(qi)供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian),除(chu)塵器(qi)集(ji)塵極(ji)接地。低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)控制系統(tong)用(yong)來控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)振(zhen)打錘、卸(xie)灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)、輸灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)以(yi)及幾個部(bu)件的溫度。
