靜電除塵器的(de)工作原理是利用(yong)高壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)場(chang)使(shi)煙氣(qi)發生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)離,氣(qi)流(liu)中(zhong)的(de)粉塵荷(he)電(dian)(dian)在電(dian)(dian)場(chang)作用(yong)下與氣(qi)流(liu)分(fen)離。負(fu)極(ji)(ji)由不同斷面(mian)形狀的(de)金屬導線(xian)制成,叫(jiao)放電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)性(xing)能受粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)性(xing)質、設備構造(zao)和煙氣(qi)流(liu)速等三個(ge)因素的(de)影響(xiang)。粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)的(de)比(bi)(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻是(shi)評價導電(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)的(de)指標(biao),它對除(chu)塵(chen)效率(lv)有直(zhi)接的(de)影響(xiang)。比(bi)(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過低,塵(chen)粒難(nan)以保(bao)持在集塵(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上(shang),致(zhi)使其重返氣(qi)流(liu)。比(bi)(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過高,到達集塵(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)的(de)塵(chen)粒電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷不(bu)易(yi)放出(chu),在塵(chen)層(ceng)之間形成電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)梯度會(hui)產(chan)生局部擊穿和放電(dian)(dian)(dian)現象。這些情況(kuang)都(dou)會(hui)造(zao)成除(chu)塵(chen)效率(lv)下降(jiang)。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運行電壓需(xu)保持(chi)40一75kV乃至100kV以上(shang)。
工作原理
電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)(chen)器的(de)(de)基本原(yuan)理(li)是利用(yong)電(dian)(dian)力捕集煙氣中(zhong)的(de)(de)粉塵(chen)(chen),主要(yao)包括以下(xia)四個相互有關的(de)(de)物理(li)過程:(1)氣體的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)離。(2)粉塵(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)荷電(dian)(dian)。(3)荷電(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)(chen)向電(dian)(dian)極移動。(4)荷電(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)捕集。
荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)的捕集(ji)過(guo)程(cheng):在(zai)兩個(ge)曲(qu)率(lv)半徑(jing)相差較大的金屬陽極和陰(yin)極上,通(tong)過(guo)高壓直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),維持一個(ge)足以使(shi)(shi)氣體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)(li)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang),氣體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)(li)后(hou)所(suo)產生的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子:陰(yin)離(li)(li)子和陽離(li)(li)子,吸(xi)附在(zai)通(tong)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)的粉塵(chen)上,使(shi)(shi)粉塵(chen)獲得電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷。荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極性(xing)(xing)不同的粉塵(chen)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)力的作用(yong)下,分別向不同極性(xing)(xing)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極運動,沉積在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極上,而達(da)到粉塵(chen)和氣體分離(li)(li)的目的。
基本結構
靜電(dian)電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器由兩(liang)大部分(fen)組成(cheng):一部分(fen)是(shi)電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器本(ben)體系(xi)統(tong);另一部分(fen)是(shi)提(ti)供高壓(ya)(ya)直(zhi)流電(dian)的供電(dian)裝置和(he)低壓(ya)(ya)自動控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)。電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器的結構原(yuan)理圖如圖1所示,高壓(ya)(ya)供電(dian)系(xi)統(tong)為升(sheng)壓(ya)(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器供電(dian),除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器集塵(chen)(chen)極接地。低壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)用來控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)磁振打錘、卸灰(hui)電(dian)極、輸(shu)灰(hui)電(dian)極以(yi)及(ji)幾個部件的溫度。
