靜電除塵器的工作原理(li)是利用高壓電(dian)(dian)場使煙氣(qi)(qi)發生電(dian)(dian)離(li),氣(qi)(qi)流中的粉塵(chen)荷電(dian)(dian)在電(dian)(dian)場作用下與氣(qi)(qi)流分離(li)。負極(ji)(ji)由不(bu)同斷(duan)面形狀的金屬導線制成,叫放(fang)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)性能受粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)性質、設備構造(zao)(zao)和煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)流速等(deng)三個因素的(de)影(ying)響。粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)比電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)是評價導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性的(de)指標,它對(dui)除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效率有直接的(de)影(ying)響。比電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)過低,塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒難以保持在集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極上,致使其重返氣(qi)(qi)流。比電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)過高,到(dao)達(da)集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極的(de)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)粒電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)不易放(fang)出(chu),在塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)層之間(jian)形成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓梯度會產生(sheng)局部擊穿和放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)現象。這(zhe)些情況(kuang)都會造(zao)(zao)成除塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)效率下(xia)降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運行電(dian)壓需(xu)保(bao)持40一75kV乃至100kV以上。
工作原理
電(dian)除塵(chen)器的(de)基本原理是利用電(dian)力(li)捕集(ji)煙(yan)氣中(zhong)的(de)粉塵(chen),主要(yao)包括以下四(si)個相(xiang)互有(you)關的(de)物理過(guo)程:(1)氣體的(de)電(dian)離。(2)粉塵(chen)的(de)荷(he)電(dian)。(3)荷(he)電(dian)粉塵(chen)向電(dian)極移動。(4)荷(he)電(dian)粉塵(chen)的(de)捕集(ji)。
荷(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)的(de)捕集過(guo)程:在(zai)兩個(ge)曲(qu)率(lv)半徑相差較大的(de)金(jin)屬陽極(ji)和陰極(ji)上,通過(guo)高壓(ya)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian),維持(chi)一個(ge)足以使氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang),氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)后所產生(sheng)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi):陰離(li)子(zi)和陽離(li)子(zi),吸附(fu)在(zai)通過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)的(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)上,使粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)獲得電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)(he)。荷(he)(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)性不同的(de)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)力的(de)作(zuo)用下,分(fen)別向不同極(ji)性的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)運動,沉(chen)積在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)上,而達到粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)和氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)分(fen)離(li)的(de)目的(de)。
基本結構
靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)除塵器(qi)(qi)由兩大部分(fen)組成:一部分(fen)是電(dian)(dian)除塵器(qi)(qi)本體系(xi)統;另(ling)一部分(fen)是提(ti)供(gong)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)直流電(dian)(dian)的供(gong)電(dian)(dian)裝置(zhi)和低(di)壓(ya)(ya)自動控制(zhi)系(xi)統。電(dian)(dian)除塵器(qi)(qi)的結構原理(li)圖(tu)如圖(tu)1所示,高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統為(wei)升壓(ya)(ya)變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)(qi)供(gong)電(dian)(dian),除塵器(qi)(qi)集塵極(ji)接(jie)地。低(di)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)控制(zhi)系(xi)統用來(lai)控制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)磁振打錘(chui)、卸灰電(dian)(dian)極(ji)、輸灰電(dian)(dian)極(ji)以及幾個部件(jian)的溫度。
