四種濕式電除塵器的對比分析
濕式靜電除塵器作為目前燃煤電廠污染物控制的精處理設備,在國內已受到了廣泛重視,并逐步得到推廣和使用。本文介紹了目前使用中的靜電除塵器(金屬極板濕式電除塵器、導電玻璃鋼極板濕式電除塵器、柔性極板濕式電除塵器、徑流濕式電除塵器)的技術特點和主要參數,為燃煤機組超低排放改造加裝濕式靜電除塵器提供參考。
1、引(yin)言進入新世紀,隨著(zhu)我國經(jing)濟的高速(su)發展,火(huo)電裝機容(rong)(rong)量仍在不斷增(zeng)(zeng)長(chang)。按中電聯《電力行業節(jie)能環保信息》推算(suan),2015年(nian),我國新增(zeng)(zeng)火(huo)電裝機容(rong)(rong)量約0.51億kW。根據電力規劃設計總院預(yu)測,到2020年(nian),火電(dian)裝機(ji)容(rong)量將達到12.2億(yi)kW,新增裝機(ji)容(rong)量約(yue)為3億(yi)kW。火電(dian)廠的(de)快速發(fa)展導致(zhi)了(le)大(da)氣環(huan)境的(de)污染并引發(fa)了(le)公共環(huan)境及健康危機(ji),
雖然采取(qu)一系列(lie)政策,大力(li)推動煤炭清潔利用與發展清潔能源(yuan),但由于(yu)我國燃煤發電的(de)基數較大,火(huo)電廠(chang)仍將(jiang)是大氣污染(ran)物的(de)主要(yao)排(pai)放(fang)源(yuan)之一,而(er)降(jiang)低排(pai)放(fang)強度的(de)主要(yao)措施(shi)就是制定和(he)實施(shi)更加嚴格的(de)排(pai)放(fang)標準。
同時(shi)濕(shi)式電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器作為(wei)燃(ran)煤電(dian)廠污染物控(kong)制的精處理技術設備(bei),其處理對(dui)象為(wei)含(han)大量(liang)游離(li)水(shui)的飽和(he)濕(shi)煙氣(qi),主要(yao)去(qu)除(chu)粉塵(chen)(含(han)石膏)、SO3、霧滴和(he)有害氣(qi)體,并(bing)可有效控(kong)制PM2.5的排放,本文介紹4種濕(shi)式電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器技術,并(bing)從性能、可靠(kao)性及除(chu)塵(chen)效果(guo)等方面進(jin)行比較。
2、濕式電除塵器簡介濕式電除塵器(簡稱WESP),與干式電除塵器的除塵原理基本相同,先依靠高壓電暈放電使得粉塵荷電,荷電后的粉塵在電場力的作用下到達集塵板(或集塵管),再采用沖洗方式,使粉塵隨著沖刷液的流動而。在(zai)目前(qian)的(de)濕除技(ji)(ji)術(shu)中,主要差別(bie)在(zai)于陽(yang)極板(ban)材(cai)質的(de)選取(qu)及(ji)清(qing)(qing)灰技(ji)(ji)術(shu)。根(gen)據陽(yang)極材(cai)質的(de)不同(tong),主要分(fen)為(wei)不銹鋼濕式電(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵器、導電(dian)(dian)(dian)玻璃鋼電(dian)(dian)(dian)極濕式電(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵器、柔性電(dian)(dian)(dian)極濕式電(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵器;根(gen)據清(qing)(qing)灰技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(即水膜的(de)形(xing)成原理)不同(tong),分(fen)為(wei)水膜自(zi)清(qing)(qing)灰技(ji)(ji)術(shu)和水膜沖洗(xi)清(qing)(qing)灰技(ji)(ji)術(shu),前(qian)者為(wei)間斷噴淋,靠煙氣中的(de)水汽在(zai)陽(yang)極表面自(zi)凝結實現在(zai)線清(qing)(qing)灰,后者為(wei)通過(guo)噴淋水在(zai)陽(yang)極表面形(xing)成水膜清(qing)(qing)灰。
3、濕式(shi)(shi)電(dian)除塵(chen)器性(xing)能(neng)對比(bi)3.1、金屬電(dian)極濕式(shi)(shi)電(dian)除塵(chen)器20世(shi)紀90年代,為(wei)應(ying)對地方環保法規提出的對煙塵(chen)排放控制的要(yao)求,日本三(san)菱公司研發并(bing)建成濕式(shi)(shi)電(dian)除塵(chen)器,用于燃煤(mei)電(dian)廠(chang)的煙塵(chen)治(zhi)理。
2006年,專(zhuan)門針對PM2.5提出(chu)(chu)控制要求,在(zai)(zai)燃煤電(dian)(dian)廠安裝(zhuang)濕(shi)式電(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)。目前我國通過引(yin)進技術(shu)并優化設計(ji),已掌握其核心技術(shu)。(1)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)濕(shi)式電(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)的(de)技術(shu)特點(dian)如下:1)大多(duo)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)臥式布置,氣(qi)流沿水平(ping)方(fang)向進出(chu)(chu),煙氣(qi)流速較(jiao)低(di)(流速在(zai)(zai)2.5m/s左右),能有(you)效控制氣(qi)流帶出(chu)(chu)粉塵,提高PM2.5細(xi)微顆粒及氣(qi)溶膠脫除(chu)(chu)效率。2)陰(yin)陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)均平(ping)行(xing)于(yu)氣(qi)流方(fang)向布置,金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)極(ji)(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)懸掛(gua)(gua)方(fang)式,極(ji)(ji)(ji)板(ban)(ban)通過懸掛(gua)(gua)梁固(gu)定于(yu)殼體中,電(dian)(dian)暈電(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)(ji)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)框(kuang)架式結(jie)構(gou),通過吊桿吊掛(gua)(gua)在(zai)(zai)殼體中。這種安裝(zhuang)方(fang)式由于(yu)陰(yin)陽(yang)極(ji)(ji)(ji)不(bu)易(yi)變形(xing),極(ji)(ji)(ji)間距有(you)保證,故(gu)電(dian)(dian)場(chang)穩定性好,運行(xing)電(dian)(dian)壓高。3)耐(nai)高溫(wen),脫硫系統(tong)出(chu)(chu)現故(gu)障時,可以在(zai)(zai)較(jiao)高的(de)煙氣(qi)溫(wen)度下運行(xing)。
(2)金(jin)屬電(dian)極濕式電(dian)除塵器存在的問題如下:
1)陽極板(ban)一般高度在8~10m左右(you),要(yao)形(xing)成均勻(yun)的水(shui)(shui)膜對(dui)陽極板(ban)的設計(ji)、制造(zao)、安裝及(ji)維(wei)護(hu)有嚴格的要(yao)求,更換(huan)時難度較大。2)極板(ban)材(cai)質多采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)316L,需(xu)要(yao)通過水(shui)(shui)膜保護(hu)以防腐蝕,一旦水(shui)(shui)膜保護(hu)出現(xian)失效,造(zao)成極板(ban)腐蝕嚴重(zhong),甚至喪失除塵(chen)效率。3)清(qing)(qing)灰方(fang)式(shi)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)在線單(dan)線連續噴淋工(gong)藝(yi),需(xu)要(yao)設置專門(men)的水(shui)(shui)處理系統,噴淋水(shui)(shui)經NaOH水(shui)(shui)溶(rong)液中和(he)后(hou)循(xun)環使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong),這種(zhong)清(qing)(qing)灰方(fang)式(shi)對(dui)于(yu)水(shui)(shui)耗(hao)、電(dian)(dian)耗(hao)、堿的消耗(hao)較大,對(dui)噴嘴性能(neng)要(yao)求更高。根據各企(qi)業發布的環境監測報告(gao)顯示,金屬(shu)電(dian)(dian)極濕式(shi)電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器粉塵(chen)去(qu)(qu)除率(粉塵(chen)+石膏(gao)):≥70%;SO3去(qu)(qu)除率:≥70%;霧滴含量(liang):低于(yu)20mg/m3。目前,浙江嘉興三(san)期2×1000MW機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)、大唐黃島電(dian)(dian)廠(chang)670MW機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)、神華國華舟山電(dian)(dian)廠(chang)350MW機(ji)(ji)組(zu)(zu)等都采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)了金屬(shu)極板(ban)濕式(shi)電(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器。
3.2、導電玻璃鋼濕式電除塵器導電玻璃鋼濕式電除塵技術來源于化工行業的濕式電除霧器,在化工、煤氣凈化等領域已經有幾十年的應用歷史,技術成熟。導電玻璃鋼(FiberReinforcedPlastics,FRP)是一種以樹脂為基體,碳纖維、玻璃纖維等為增強材料,通過成型工藝制成的高導復合材料。使用導電玻璃鋼作為收塵極可以采用管式或蜂窩狀形式(立式布置),也可采用板式形式(臥式布置),目前,以蜂窩狀結構居多。
(1)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)璃(li)鋼(gang)(gang)濕(shi)式電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器的技術特(te)點(dian)如(ru)下(xia):1)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)璃(li)鋼(gang)(gang)具有(you)重量輕、比強度(du)(du)高(gao)、耐(nai)腐(fu)蝕(shi)等特(te)性。2)收(shou)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)極(ji)(ji)組件采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)工廠成(cheng)型(xing),實現整體模(mo)塊化,有(you)利于(yu)保證安裝(zhuang)精(jing)度(du)(du)。3)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器運行時,收(shou)集(ji)(ji)下(xia)來的液(ye)滴在沉(chen)淀(dian)極(ji)(ji)表面形(xing)成(cheng)液(ye)膜,由(you)于(yu)玻(bo)璃(li)鋼(gang)(gang)具有(you)很強的疏水性,能(neng)(neng)有(you)效阻隔(ge)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)和石(shi)膏(gao)對(dui)沉(chen)淀(dian)極(ji)(ji)壁的粘接,靠重力自流至下(xia)部(bu)集(ji)(ji)液(ye)槽。4)為防止少量煙塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)的沉(chen)積,在沉(chen)淀(dian)極(ji)(ji)管上(shang)部(bu)設(she)置一層間斷(duan)噴淋裝(zhuang)置,將濕(shi)式電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器分為多(duo)個電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場,當需(xu)要進行間斷(duan)沖洗(xi)時,控制(zhi)系統(tong)自動停掉其中(zhong)一個電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場或將電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場降壓運行,沖洗(xi)結束后開(kai)啟該電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場。由(you)于(yu)耗(hao)水量較小,集(ji)(ji)液(ye)槽中(zhong)的收(shou)集(ji)(ji)液(ye)可返回脫硫塔內(nei)循環使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)。(2)導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)璃(li)鋼(gang)(gang)濕(shi)式電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器存在的問題如(ru)下(xia):1)煙氣流速在2.5m/s左右(you)時,PM2.5細微顆粒及氣溶膠脫除(chu)率(lv)高(gao),提高(gao)煙氣流速后,影響除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)性能(neng)(neng)。2)一般FRP不(bu)能(neng)(neng)在高(gao)溫下(xia)長期使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong),煙氣溫度(du)(du)較高(gao)時對(dui)陽極(ji)(ji)板壽命有(you)影響,嚴重時可能(neng)(neng)燒灼。FRP的使用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)壽命在10~15年左右(you),與產品的質量及制(zhi)作產品所用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)的樹脂等原(yuan)材料性能(neng)(neng)有(you)關。3)如(ru)果(guo)出現部(bu)分導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)璃(li)鋼(gang)(gang)損壞,需(xu)要整個模(mo)塊更換(huan),將大大增加(jia)維(wei)護費用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)和難度(du)(du)。根據各企業發布的環境監測報告顯示,導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)璃(li)鋼(gang)(gang)濕(shi)式電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)去除(chu)率(lv)(粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)+石(shi)膏(gao)):≥70%;SO3去除(chu)率(lv):≥70%;霧滴含量:低于(yu)25mg/m3。目(mu)前,黃臺8號(hao)、9號(hao)2×300MW機(ji)(ji)組、上(shang)海石(shi)洞口300MW機(ji)(ji)組、蒙西300MW機(ji)(ji)組、白楊河兩臺300MW機(ji)(ji)組等都采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)了導(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)玻(bo)璃(li)鋼(gang)(gang)濕(shi)式電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)(chen)器。
3.3、柔性電極(ji)濕式電除(chu)塵器(qi)20世紀90年代末,俄(e)亥俄(e)州立大學(xue)提出(chu)了(le)柔性電極(ji)濕式電除塵技(ji)術的概念,2003年(nian)Croll-Reynolds、FirstEnergy、SouthernEnvironmental公(gong)司和俄(e)亥俄(e)州立大學共(gong)同研(yan)究制作出臺實驗裝置。濕式除塵器存在的問題,集中體現在集塵極材料和表面水膜分布不均勻引發的系列問題上,基于上述原因,我國早由(you)山東大學和國電環(huan)保(bao)院共同研(yan)發(fa),開(kai)始了柔性絕緣疏(shu)水纖維(wei)織物用于(yu)濕式除塵(chen)器的研(yan)究(jiu)工作,并(bing)于(yu)2012年在益陽300MW燃煤(mei)機組中完成工業化應(ying)用。官網(wang):goyd.cn通過相關資料顯示,耐腐蝕性(xing)(xing)優良的柔性(xing)(xing)絕(jue)緣疏(shu)水纖維織(zhi)物通過潤濕(shi)使其導電,可以(yi)形成(cheng)水膜(mo),并(bing)靠重力自流向下與煙氣分(fen)離(li),柔性(xing)(xing)織(zhi)物材料作(zuo)為(wei)收塵極布置成(cheng)方(fang)形孔道(立(li)式布置),煙氣沿孔道流過。(1)柔性(xing)(xing)濕(shi)式電除塵器的技(ji)術(shu)特點如下:1)柔性(xing)(xing)陽有(you)(you)重(zhong)量輕、防腐(fu)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)好的(de)(de)(de)(de)特點(dian)。2)柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)絕緣疏水(shui)(shui)纖維(wei)本身的(de)(de)(de)(de)結(jie)構(gou)特性(xing)(xing)(xing),有(you)(you)利于(yu)表(biao)面(mian)形成均勻(yun)水(shui)(shui)膜,利用(yong)從煙(yan)氣(qi)中收集的(de)(de)(de)(de)酸液(ye)帶出灰,實(shi)現(xian)自清灰,沖洗水(shui)(shui)量小。3)陽(yang)(yang)極部件可(ke)組裝拆卸,有(you)(you)利于(yu)后(hou)期的(de)(de)(de)(de)維(wei)護和更換。(2)柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)濕式(shi)電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵器存在(zai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)問題如下:1)柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)陽(yang)(yang)極不耐高溫,煙(yan)氣(qi)溫度(du)較高時(shi),對(dui)陽(yang)(yang)極壽命有(you)(you)影(ying)(ying)響,嚴重(zhong)時(shi)可(ke)能(neng)燒蝕,使用(yong)壽命6年左右。2)柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)纖維(wei)織物的(de)(de)(de)(de)伸(shen)(shen)縮率(lv)較大(da),陽(yang)(yang)極布(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)張緊程度(du)和浸水(shui)(shui)后(hou)發生的(de)(de)(de)(de)伸(shen)(shen)縮都(dou)會影(ying)(ying)響實(shi)際的(de)(de)(de)(de)極間距,進而影(ying)(ying)響到電(dian)(dian)場的(de)(de)(de)(de)穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)(xing)(xing)、電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)(de)(de)正常運行。3)煙(yan)氣(qi)流(liu)速較高,產(chan)生氣(qi)流(liu)帶出,PM2.5細(xi)微(wei)顆粒(li)及(ji)氣(qi)溶膠(jiao)脫除(chu)率(lv)低(di)。性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)結(jie)果表(biao)明:粉塵去(qu)除(chu)率(lv)(含石膏):≥70%;SO3去(qu)除(chu)率(lv):≥70%;霧滴含量:低(di)于(yu)20mg/m3。目前(qian),國電(dian)(dian)益陽(yang)(yang)發電(dian)(dian)有(you)(you)限(xian)公司300MW機組,國電(dian)(dian)滎陽(yang)(yang)煤電(dian)(dian)一體化有(you)(you)限(xian)公司一期600MW機組采用(yong)了柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)極濕式(shi)靜電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵技術(shu)。
3.4、徑(jing)流濕(shi)式電(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)徑(jing)流濕(shi)式電(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)是北京華能(neng)達(da)公司(si)自主(zhu)研(yan)發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)具(ju)有自主(zhu)知識產(chan)權的(de)(de)(de)(de)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵技術(shu)。與(yu)上述濕(shi)式靜電(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)結構(gou)不同(tong),該結構(gou)布置(zhi)是將收(shou)塵陽(yang)極(ji)板(ban)垂直(zhi)于氣(qi)(qi)流方向,使(shi)電(dian)(dian)場(chang)力(li)與(yu)引風力(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)方向在同(tong)一水平(ping)線上,粉(fen)塵顆粒(li)在引風力(li)與(yu)電(dian)(dian)場(chang)力(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)共(gong)同(tong)作用下,在新型(xing)(xing)陽(yang)極(ji)板(ban)上完成(cheng)(cheng)捕(bu)集。裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)主(zhu)要由殼(ke)體(ti)、分布板(ban)、陽(yang)極(ji)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)、陰極(ji)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置(zhi)、噴淋(lin)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)、熱風系(xi)(xi)統(tong)和(he)供電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)源等組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。(1)徑(jing)流濕(shi)式電(dian)(dian)除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)技術(shu)特點如(ru)下:1)與(yu)煙氣(qi)(qi)接觸部位全(quan)部采用2205雙相不銹鋼材(cai)質(zhi),具(ju)有強度高、耐(nai)高溫、耐(nai)腐(fu)(fu)蝕(尤其對氯離子和(he)硫(liu)化物(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)應力(li)腐(fu)(fu)蝕)等特性,使(shi)用壽命能(neng)夠達(da)到30年。2)新型(xing)(xing)陽(yang)極(ji)板(ban)的(de)(de)(de)(de)通孔率(lv)達(da)到98%以上,其幾乎全(quan)通透的(de)(de)(de)(de)結構(gou)大(da)大(da)降低了徑(jing)流式濕(shi)式除(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)塵器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)運行阻力(li),并且和(he)普通的(de)(de)(de)(de)陽(yang)極(ji)板(ban)相比,相同(tong)體(ti)積(ji)下新型(xing)(xing)陽(yang)極(ji)板(ban)具(ju)有的集塵面積(ji),相(xiang)當于(yu)(yu)普通陽極板的20倍。3)陽極系(xi)統采用(yong)(yong)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)電(dian)極設計,在(zai)(zai)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)電(dian)極下部(bu)設立獨立的清洗室,由高壓噴嘴在(zai)(zai)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)電(dian)極內部(bu)向外沖(chong)洗網板,清洗網板后的污水通過排水泵和排污管道送入脫硫塔補(bu)水。在(zai)(zai)工(gong)程運行中,利用(yong)(yong)壓差監測,實現(xian)在(zai)(zai)線(xian)噴淋(lin),無水循(xun)環系(xi)統,故耗水、耗電(dian)量小。(2)徑流濕式電(dian)除塵器(qi)存在(zai)(zai)的問題如下:1)由于(yu)(yu)接觸煙氣的部(bu)件全(quan)部(bu)采用(yong)(yong)2205雙相(xiang)不銹鋼,前期成本投入較高。
