靜電除塵器的(de)工作(zuo)原理是利用高壓電場(chang)使煙(yan)氣(qi)發生電離,氣(qi)流中的(de)粉(fen)塵荷電在電場(chang)作(zuo)用下與氣(qi)流分(fen)離。負極由不同(tong)斷面形狀的(de)金(jin)屬導線制成(cheng),叫放(fang)電電極。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)性能受粉塵性質、設備構造和煙氣流(liu)速等三(san)個因(yin)素(su)的(de)影響(xiang)。粉塵的(de)比電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)是評價導(dao)電(dian)(dian)性的(de)指(zhi)標,它(ta)對除塵效率(lv)(lv)有直接(jie)的(de)影響(xiang)。比電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)過低,塵粒(li)難以保持在集塵電(dian)(dian)極上(shang),致使其重返氣流(liu)。比電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)過高,到達集塵電(dian)(dian)極的(de)塵粒(li)電(dian)(dian)荷不(bu)易放出(chu),在塵層之(zhi)間形成電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)梯度會產(chan)生(sheng)局部擊穿和放電(dian)(dian)現(xian)象。這些情況都會造成除塵效率(lv)(lv)下(xia)降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運行電壓需保(bao)持40一75kV乃至100kV以上。
工作原理
電(dian)除塵器的(de)(de)基本原理(li)是利用電(dian)力捕集煙氣中的(de)(de)粉(fen)塵,主要包(bao)括以(yi)下四個相互有關的(de)(de)物(wu)理(li)過程:(1)氣體的(de)(de)電(dian)離(li)。(2)粉(fen)塵的(de)(de)荷電(dian)。(3)荷電(dian)粉(fen)塵向(xiang)電(dian)極移(yi)動。(4)荷電(dian)粉(fen)塵的(de)(de)捕集。
荷(he)電(dian)(dian)粉塵(chen)的(de)(de)捕集過程:在(zai)兩個曲(qu)率半(ban)徑(jing)相差較(jiao)大的(de)(de)金(jin)屬陽極和陰(yin)極上,通過高(gao)壓直流電(dian)(dian),維持一個足以使氣體(ti)電(dian)(dian)離(li)(li)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)場(chang),氣體(ti)電(dian)(dian)離(li)(li)后所產生的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)子(zi):陰(yin)離(li)(li)子(zi)和陽離(li)(li)子(zi),吸附在(zai)通過電(dian)(dian)場(chang)的(de)(de)粉塵(chen)上,使粉塵(chen)獲(huo)得電(dian)(dian)荷(he)。荷(he)電(dian)(dian)極性(xing)不同的(de)(de)粉塵(chen)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)場(chang)力(li)的(de)(de)作用下,分(fen)別(bie)向(xiang)不同極性(xing)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)極運(yun)動,沉積(ji)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)極上,而達到粉塵(chen)和氣體(ti)分(fen)離(li)(li)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)由兩大部(bu)分(fen)組(zu)成:一部(bu)分(fen)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)本體系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong);另一部(bu)分(fen)是(shi)提供高(gao)壓(ya)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置和低壓(ya)自動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)的結構原理圖如圖1所示(shi),高(gao)壓(ya)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)為升(sheng)壓(ya)變壓(ya)器(qi)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)集塵(chen)(chen)極接地。低壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)用來控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁振打錘、卸灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極、輸灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極以及幾個(ge)部(bu)件的溫度。
