靜電除塵器的工作原理是利(li)用高壓電(dian)場(chang)使煙氣發生電(dian)離(li),氣流中的粉塵(chen)荷電(dian)在電(dian)場(chang)作用下與氣流分(fen)離(li)。負極由不同斷面形(xing)狀的金(jin)屬導線制成(cheng),叫放電(dian)電(dian)極。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的性能受粉塵性質、設備(bei)構造和煙氣流速等三個因素的影響。粉塵的比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻是評價(jia)導電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性的指標,它對除(chu)(chu)塵效率有直接(jie)的影響。比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過低,塵粒(li)難以(yi)保(bao)持(chi)在集塵電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極上,致使其重返氣流。比(bi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻過高,到達集塵電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極的塵粒(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷不易放出(chu),在塵層之間形成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓梯度會(hui)產生(sheng)局(ju)部擊穿(chuan)和放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)現象(xiang)。這些情況都會(hui)造成除(chu)(chu)塵效率下降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運行電壓(ya)需保持40一(yi)75kV乃至100kV以上。
工作原理
電(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器的(de)基本原理是利用(yong)電(dian)力(li)捕集煙氣(qi)中的(de)粉塵(chen),主(zhu)要包括以下四個相互有關的(de)物理過程:(1)氣(qi)體的(de)電(dian)離。(2)粉塵(chen)的(de)荷(he)電(dian)。(3)荷(he)電(dian)粉塵(chen)向(xiang)電(dian)極移動。(4)荷(he)電(dian)粉塵(chen)的(de)捕集。
荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)的(de)捕集(ji)過程:在(zai)兩個曲率半徑相差較大(da)的(de)金屬(shu)陽極(ji)(ji)和陰(yin)極(ji)(ji)上,通過高(gao)壓直流電(dian)(dian)(dian),維持(chi)一個足以使(shi)氣體電(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang),氣體電(dian)(dian)(dian)離(li)后所(suo)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi):陰(yin)離(li)子(zi)和陽離(li)子(zi),吸附在(zai)通過電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)的(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)上,使(shi)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)獲得電(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)。荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)性不同的(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)力的(de)作用下,分(fen)別向不同極(ji)(ji)性的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)運動,沉積在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)上,而(er)達到(dao)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)和氣體分(fen)離(li)的(de)目的(de)。
基本結構
靜(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器由(you)兩(liang)大部(bu)分組成:一部(bu)分是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器本體系(xi)(xi)統;另一部(bu)分是提供高壓(ya)(ya)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)裝置(zhi)和(he)低壓(ya)(ya)自動控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器的(de)結構原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)1所示,高壓(ya)(ya)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)(xi)統為升壓(ya)(ya)變壓(ya)(ya)器供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),除(chu)塵(chen)器集塵(chen)極(ji)接地(di)。低壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統用(yong)來控(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁振打錘(chui)、卸灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)、輸灰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)以及幾個部(bu)件的(de)溫(wen)度。
