靜電除塵器的工(gong)作原理是利用高壓電(dian)場(chang)(chang)使煙氣(qi)(qi)發生電(dian)離(li)(li),氣(qi)(qi)流中的粉塵(chen)荷電(dian)在電(dian)場(chang)(chang)作用下與氣(qi)(qi)流分離(li)(li)。負(fu)極由(you)不同斷面形狀的金屬導線制成,叫放電(dian)電(dian)極。
正極由不同幾何形狀的金屬板制成,叫集塵電極。靜電除塵器廠家的(de)(de)(de)性(xing)能受粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)性(xing)質(zhi)、設(she)備(bei)構造和(he)(he)煙氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)速等(deng)三個因素(su)的(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響。粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)(de)比(bi)電(dian)阻(zu)是評價導電(dian)性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)指標,它對除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)有直接的(de)(de)(de)影(ying)響。比(bi)電(dian)阻(zu)過低(di),塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)難以(yi)保(bao)持在集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)極上,致(zhi)使其重返(fan)氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)。比(bi)電(dian)阻(zu)過高(gao),到達集塵(chen)(chen)(chen)電(dian)極的(de)(de)(de)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)粒(li)電(dian)荷(he)不易放出,在塵(chen)(chen)(chen)層之間形成電(dian)壓梯度會(hui)產生局部擊穿和(he)(he)放電(dian)現(xian)象。這些(xie)情況(kuang)都會(hui)造成除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)(chen)效(xiao)率(lv)下降。
簡介
靜電除塵器的電源由控制箱、升壓變壓器和整流器組成。電源輸出的電壓高低對除塵效率也有很大影響。因此,靜電除塵器運行電壓(ya)需保持40一75kV乃至100kV以上。
工作原理
電(dian)(dian)(dian)除塵(chen)器的(de)基本(ben)原(yuan)理(li)是(shi)利用電(dian)(dian)(dian)力捕(bu)集煙氣中(zhong)的(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen),主要包括以下四個相互有關的(de)物理(li)過程:(1)氣體(ti)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)離。(2)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)的(de)荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)。(3)荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極移(yi)動。(4)荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)的(de)捕(bu)集。
荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)的(de)(de)(de)捕集過(guo)程(cheng):在(zai)兩個曲率半徑(jing)相差較大的(de)(de)(de)金屬陽極和陰極上,通(tong)過(guo)高壓(ya)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),維持一個足以使(shi)氣體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang),氣體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離后所產生的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子:陰離子和陽離子,吸附在(zai)通(tong)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)的(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)上,使(shi)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)獲得電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)荷(he)。荷(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極性(xing)不同(tong)的(de)(de)(de)粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)力的(de)(de)(de)作用(yong)下,分(fen)別(bie)向不同(tong)極性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極運(yun)動,沉積在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極上,而達(da)到粉(fen)(fen)塵(chen)和氣體分(fen)離的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)。
基本結構
靜電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)由兩大(da)部分(fen)組成(cheng):一部分(fen)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)本體(ti)系(xi)統;另(ling)一部分(fen)是(shi)提供(gong)高(gao)壓(ya)直流電(dian)(dian)的供(gong)電(dian)(dian)裝置和(he)低壓(ya)自動控(kong)制系(xi)統。電(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)的結構原理圖(tu)如圖(tu)1所示(shi),高(gao)壓(ya)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)系(xi)統為升壓(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)供(gong)電(dian)(dian),除(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)(qi)集(ji)塵(chen)極(ji)接地。低壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)控(kong)制系(xi)統用來控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)磁振打錘、卸灰電(dian)(dian)極(ji)、輸灰電(dian)(dian)極(ji)以及幾個部件的溫度。
